Good quality protective film for my phone.........

I love it, its very heavy duty. Would recommend!!!

When it was put on and for a couple of weeks it worked great and seemed to be doing a good job, but it has already broken and I don't even know how it happened since I haven't dropped the phone or anything. It has a decent sized spider web style crack in the corner. I won't be buying another one of these.

does the job it's suppose to do. I will continue to buy these.

Bought this for my mom's new phone. She chipped the first one soon after having it put on her phone. She got it replaced and I think this one might have chipped as well. She got the second one under warranty, we'll see about the third one.

I was told when I bought this that the screen on my phone would not break. I even paid the extra to have it installed. It wasn't put on correctly. It cracked less than a week after I bought it along with the screen on my brand new phone. I went back to the store and was told there wasn't anything that could be done. I would have to return the glass through Zagg and pay the shopping and handling charges. I also have to pay $150 to get a new phone. Not a happy customer. Cancelled my Geek Squad insurance and won't shop at Best But again after the way I was treated.

I only had the phone a month and it seemed to work great

Worked good for the first few weeks... then noticed a small crack on the side...now it has spread across the screen to the other side.... It has warranty...but annoyed it barely lasted a month in good condition.

Within a week had spots on camera. Couldn't get there within 14 days which is it's warranty. Got a replacement phone that no one could hear me when I spoke to them. Now waiting for my third phone since I purchased it on 8/10. It's absolutely ridiculous that I purchased a new phone and got a replacement phone that did not work. On top of it I got the glass screen protector that broke when I had to remove it, so now I have to pay an additional $6 to get that replaced. Completely dissatisfied with best buy and samsung!

I purchased this product to protect my phone screen. I was not pleased with the touch sensitivity and fit of the screek protector. It obstructed the select button on my phone. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the product with the traditional protective film. It works much better with my phone.

The Zagg screen protector brand has always been my go-to for protecting my smartphones. Their superior protective qualities and warranty are well worth the additional cost. This Zagg is not different. The glass covering is easy to install, much easier than loose, floppy film-types of screen protectors, and they offer superior protection without interfering with the screen at all. In my book, well worth the money.

This product was extremely difficult to use and resulted in many bubbles, misalignment, etc. Tried several times to get it to work properly and finally discarded it. Waste of money.

I need a new one. I think there is a warranty on it but I'm not sure of how to get a new one. Would appreciate information on how to get it replaced.

The screen got a small hole in it. It did not seem to hold up against normal wear. Or the plus side the customer service was better than average.

The best screen protector ever for your phone. Easy to install! And it feels great to touch. Virtually no smudges or fingerprints! It's like there isn't one on there! It's pricey, but it's worth it.

Screen protector did not work as advertised. would not buy again.
