||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So it took less then 2 weeks to scratch the glass which was in my pocket and not supposed to do, but last week i dropped the phone and the protective glass broke so i was going to use the lifetime replacement which I figured go to a store like Best Buy and exchange it for a new one but you have to pay for them to send you a new one and pay to send your old one back in. I think the company should have agreements with retailers to be allowed to do exchanges in store.
