This worked but has a couple spots that did not stick

Zagg offered to replace the shield but wanted $13 for shipping

Acts like a mirror and glares when viewing phone outdoors.

I would not recommend this product from best buy. Twice I spent an hour waiting for someone to apply it and in the end they were blaming my OtterBox to be the culprit of the bubbling of the product. I was late for work the first time they worked on it.I complain several times to even corporate office and they were unable and unwilling to make it right. I was told that actually this product is not used for my phone and of course that was after a Samsung Repp recommended it. Not only will I not buy this product I will never shop at best buy again. I spent thousands of dollars with Best Buy and they were willing to lose a customer over a 45 dollar item.

Initially this was a great buy. Looks great on my phone and very slick. Until it cracked in multiple places. Its to expensive to be cracking

I have bought this glass protector twice now and each time it breaks or peels at the corners. It's not cheap to keep replacing so I will not buy this product anymore. Not impressed.

I got on November 28, 2014 and has shattered to pieces! Started cracking right after I got it and has steadily cracked ever since! I have never dropped or anything! No one handles my phone but me! When the woman put it on she had to remove several times before she could get it straight.....must have weaken the product! Very disappointed with this purchase

i bought a protective case instead -- it doubled as a wallet for my credit cards and driver's license

Lasted 10 days before it cracked. Do yourself a favor - Get an Otterbox case which already has a protector and I paid half the price for that. I gave it a 1 because the system made me. If I could give it a rating lower than zero, I would.

I usually do not like buying screen protectors because they can be hard to apply straight and without bubbles. Some screen protectors can also take a little bit away from the clarity of the screen. This glass screen protector does none of those things! I was able to easily apply it straight and without bubbles on my first try. The Galaxy S5 has a beautiful screen and this screen protector does not take anything away from that. You can hardly even tell that it is there! I would highly recommend you purchase this for your Galaxy S5.

I am not a fan of applying screen protectors on myself, due to the stress of the miniature bubbles that form after application. You pray to the screen protector gods in hopes that they will disappear after the protector dries - otherwise you get distracted and start trying to smush the bubbles away, risking the integrity of the screen protector. There is also the time consumption with aligning the protector to the phone without accidentally dropping part of the protector onto the phone and attracting dirt in the process. This screen protector was easy to apply! The screen protector kit comes in three layers. The first layer is the plastic film that protects the sticky part of the protector that you will peel off. Behind the middle layer of the actualprotector is an orange plastic guard. All you do is line up the orange plastic the film is on by turning it over, which literally takes a few seconds, and apply it. No waiting for it to dry, and it looks awesome and smooth. Definitely worth the extra bucks in my opinion.

Was sold two of these from the Best Buy phone rep, once on the truck we opened them both to install and realized they won't fit due to the raised buttons on the S5 Active. Have not yet attempted return.

Got scratches on it within two days. Had it installed at best buy and it's already peeling up. Have to get it replaced because of scratches and peeling. Not happy. ..

This tempered glass screen protector is great; it was easy to put on my phone and does its job in keeping scratches and bumps off of the screen. It does smear up with fingerprints pretty easily and doesn't always wipe completely clear, but you actually don't notice the smudges when the screen is lit.

Fortunately, there have been no major accidents with this product, but it has held up very well to everyday where and tear. The fit is great and the screen continues to be sharp and clear.
