Hard, like glass, recommend paying to have it installed by Geek Squad. Not sure if glass or Plastic, or if it can break, but installation not as forgiving as the other Zagg screen protectors. Advantage is that it is slick. Playing games, etc, it doesn't have the slight drag I notice with the other Zagg protectors, the softer plastic, which I have on iPhone 6 and iPad Air. Should protect screen from scratches, not sure how well it protects though, just use in house by adults.

Screen protectors are a must and this one works well. Easy to put on and serves its purpose.

It's obviously of great quality & provides clear view. And i like the life time warranty! On the other hand my experience with the shipping was awful, I received it shattered and had to replace it !

This shield is the best one made by Zagg. The customer service rep who assisted us with the iPad Air 2 purchase had this on his phone and he demonstrated it. It is so clear there is no loss of definition in the display. I like the extra layer of protection it provides. The best part about this shield is there is no loss of touch sensitivity due to the extra layer over the screen. I purchased this same type product for my phone because I was so impressed with the performance.

This is a very good product, however is cost more then the cheap ones.

It is a great product pretty easy to install but to register it on line sucks there website dose not make it easy on you what so ever to find the one you bought pluse if you need a replacement better save the old one because you have to send it back and then call in and tell them you sent it back just so they don’t run your card for the full amount that’s why I like Gadget guard so much better but it is hard to find them

It is so much better than plastic and will,be more protective and clean up,clearer than the plastic film.

I had to have Best Buy put the sheet on because I tried it in the past and could not get it done correctly. They charged $15.99 to put the cover on. The only good thing about that is if anything happens to the cover, they stand by it. I must say how clean and clear the screen looks. I would definitely recommend this product as it looks great on. Can't tell that anything is covering the screen.

I get the glass shields on all my devices. It has lifetime warranty and is easy to wipe off.

Keeps finger prints to a minimum. Easy to clean. Make me confident against scratching and damage to Apple Air screen

Directions were easy to follow and there are no issues with bubbles under the screen.
