This shield is a saver. I thought I had cracked my screen when I dropped my pad on the street. Looked like the glass cracked in several places. So I decided to take in in to get repaired. Before I took it to the shop I pulled off the protector. And the screen was in perfect shape. It was the protector that was cracked. You know I went and bought another ZAGG protector right away!

I have been using this for about a month... It's a great protector.. The touch screen did not lose any sensitivity by adding it... Installed in just a few minutes...

Purchased this screen protector for my new 9.7" iPad to make sure I did not scratch the screen. To install, just take a deep breath and carefully follow the directions. If you do not follow the directions, it is likely bubbles will form between the screen protector and the screen. Applied properly, this is an effective protector -- you will not even know it is there.

I got this for my iPad Air 2 thinking it would look terrible, but better than having scratches and our toddler poking on the glass all the time. Once it is placed on your iPad, you don't really even know it is there after a while. That is, unless you get the Privacy Screen version - I tried it and it's way too dark for the iPad's display. Stick with this one and you won't go wrong.

I wasn't certain about purchasing this product, but did so because I so an internet review stating that their IPad had the screen glass shatter after a fall from a short height (less than 2 feet). I did have the Best Buy Geek squad install (without charge) because I had also read descriptions on the internet stating that it was somewhat difficult to do so. Primary negatives are that there is a lot of reflection off of the glass and it does show fingerprints. I thought that the product was somewhat pricey, but hopefully it will protect my IPad in the event that it is dropped.

I have been a Zagg user for a long time, and love their products. I usually use the HD "self-healing" screen protectors for my phones and have dropped my phone many times flat on the face and it was absolutely fine. This is my first glass screen from Zagg and so far I love it! I was surprised at how smooth it makes the iPad surface. My Apple Pencil works perfectly with this screen protector - no difference from not using a protector that I can tell as far as the Pencil goes. Another really positive thing is how clean it stays; before having the screen protector I would have to spray and spend a lot of time cleaning the screen from ordinary use, now hardly any prints and 'smears' appear or stay. The little that does appear is super easy to wipe away - no scrubbing necessary! It was a bit tricky applying it, simply because unless you're in a "clean room" it's nearly impossible to not have some debris on your screen, no matter how many times you clean the iPad screen before applying the protector. But that's not a fault from Zagg. Fortunately you can lift the glass and make some quick fixes to dust/etc then reapply. Unlike non-glass protectors, all of the bubbles on the screen went away really quickly. I have a little bit of a bubble on the side of the iPad/corner that won't seem to go away but it doesn't bother me as it's not on the screen itself. I highly recommend!

Love the glass screen protectors better than the others because of the smooth surface. Doesn't lift up or separate from the device. Got Best Buy to put it on for me.
