Easy to install protective shield

Good but.....

Even after three attempts, there were still air bubbles and areas where it wouldn't stick to the screen.

Mixed-had to call product support

I was first disappointed at Best buy for not re-installing it for us and replacing it. Zagg's customer support did respond to my e-mail promptly and helped me through the process.
