    I'm sure that this product is good. My complaint is that Best Buy's has a policy to charge 8$ to install it. However, it is up to the individual employee to charge it. I understand the charge if the products are not purchased from Best Buy's but surely they can afford to provide this service when we spend hundreds of dollars in their store. I got mine installed for free but my friend paid. It all depends on how "nice" your person is. This was told to me by the store manager.

    The screen protector is nice, but I why does it have to be so expensive? For the price of the iPad, the screen protector should be included or be already on it.

    The glass protector works great for protecting the surface of the screen, however the problem we encountered is that it adds another layer that makes it very difficult to use with a stylus. The stylus I have to use is placed inside a stylus holder which is strapped on the brace I wear on my hand, so there is no direct skin contact with the stylus.
