    I don't like having to send in the broken shield. Dropped my surface and screen cracked with the Zagg on it. Didn't realize I needed the shield to get a new one . Nerd squad sent the surface back and sent me a new one. Didn't get a Zagg replacement shield with new surface. I won't be getting a Zagg again.

    This shield is very nice and works well with the device as far as function but it is VERY fragile to crack. In understanding that it is there to protect the actual screen it doesn't seem very sturdy for the price. Didn't last me very long and it cracked in several places with the slightest mishandle on my part.
