This was supposed to be more scratch resistant than other covers. Only had it a few weeks and it's already scuffed up. It is a little thicker than other covers but that makes the touch screen less sensitive which is a problem for my phone with the fingerprint reader.

I don't love it just like it. I just bought my phone and didn't have alot of options for it because its so new. The class gets smears on it and constantly has to be cleaned it's glass. No reason for this my last phone S8 had a glass screan never had smears like this.

The sales representative at the best Buy location was helpful and willing to listen and help. It seemed little slow to actually get the new phone ready and started but that's maybe because each step had to be done and transfer info from the old phone. Overall they were understanding.

Not what expected. I can't fully use my finger sign in and it smudges way to much. It's hit or miss on trying to use your finger.

It's a good product. Definitely need to follow instructions.

Not so great for the price. Within a few weeks it bubbled up and was very scratched. I usually use a cheaper one and it doesn't do that. Then I replaced it but had to pay $7.99 for "shipping". Just not the greatest.

It did it's job in protecting my phone's screen, but like all the screen protectors I tried for this phone it wouldn't let the fingerprint scanner work on the screen.

ZAGG, through Best Buy, is the WAY TO GO! I'm a bit clumsy and when my screen cover needed replacing, I took it in to BB and they replaced it and returned the used one for me. This has happened a couple of times and they're great about it.

Easy to clean. Finger print is readable most times

A little put off by "hybrid" Not 20 Plain glass/plastic design, but I don't notice any problems with function, compared to previous all glass units.. Glad my BB sales rep took the time to install it for me. Seemed a little pricey, but quality has a price.

The sales rep who was assisting me picked out this screen protector and I love it! It’s more expensive then the regular ones I usually order on Amazon, however, it has a lifetime guarantee and Best Buy will replace it if/when damaged.

Never had a glass screen protector i didn't like until I bought this one. Even with turning the screen touch sensitivity to the max I still had to press with force to get my screen to respond.
