I even watched a video on it. According to the instructions the shield was installed, but it wasn't. Customer service at ZAGG told me it was installed as long as I followed the instructions. I took it back to the store, and it was not installed. The person at the store said they have many people have a problem with installing it.

eh, Not That Great.

Not that it works, the Fingerprint Scanner on this phone that great, but it's hit or usually a miss with this screen cover. Try the Zagg Glass Elite VisionGuard+Glass....Screen Glass Cover, it rocks..!
