They lied to me about the screen protector, they said it was glass but is not, also the guy who helped me did a bad job I had to finished myself at home

Writing to recommend any other screen protector than this one. I have had a bubble on the seam, almost like an indent since the second day. The screen protector has since shifted and does not even cover the whole screen. Super disappointed in this ZAGG product I will be contacting Best Buy and ZAGG in hopes the issue can be resolved.

Worst purchase I ever made from BestBuy! A week after applying this particular screen protector my phone fell on the floor and the actual phone screen cracked! The purpose of purchasing this item was to protect my screen from shattering. It did the complete opposite and did not serve its purpose! I had to pay a deductible to have a technician from T-Mobile repair my phone screen! Very disappointing purchase!

bestbuy tech gigs are saying this is not a nice one.. bubbles will always be there . Buy a glass one

Installed countless of screen protectors before without a stinking guiding case, all without fail. Attempting to use the case along with the instructional video from Zagg... the entire screen ended up with bubbles to the point of a hardly usable touchscreen. Zagg claims that's how it's supposed to be and offered no further assistance, only to make a claim. Protector doesn't even cover the entirety of my S20+.

Waste of money. I couldn't get all the bubbles out had to return. It comes with no directions so I had to search for a video on you tube which wasn't the easiest thing to find cuz they don't have a video for installation on this product. You would think for $40 for one screen protector they would have there own video on how to install product properly I suggest saving money find one on elsewhere.

I had it on my phone 2 days and it fell off the screen.

Installed using the included phone tray following the instructions and the protector went on slightly askew, with bubbles I couldn't get out. It also created unpleasant sharp edges on the side of the phone. I've never had so much trouble with a screen protector. A thoroughly useless forty dollar piece of plastic- don't buy it.

Its ok. Doesnt stick that well. Still has bubbles 2 weeks passed

Pricey and Very difficult to put on and not sure it is installed correctly.

I am giving this a 1 star due to I spent over 2 hrs in store trying to get someone who knew what they were doing to apply screen protector. It took 3 times and is still NOT on correctly. I finally left due to SO frustrated but will be back for them to do it again

Not the best screen protector it doesn't go on easily

Not having very good luck with this. I have used Zagg in the past with no issues but this one does not want to stay on this phone. I have had it on it for a couple of weeks now. The sides keep lifting up and I can't get the airbubles out of it. Expensive lesson learned!

Dropped on carpet and the protector cracked within week!

Junk. Bubbles formed instantly. Im a good direction follower. Did it to a tee. Edges were lifting as fast as i could squeegee them. Theyd reappear. Save your money.

The item is not for this phone, is to long and to wide, Comes with a kit which is not fitting for the real phone, You have to cut the glass to fit your phone.

Really bad quality screen protector. I had to throw it away the same day I bought it. Lots of bubbles on the screen.

These are terrible, ive had it replaced on my phone about 7 times, which is a waste, since it starts bubbling before i get home!
