I haven't had a crack in my screen yet and I have kids so it has been dropped a few times. However, the protector has all sorts of scratches in it. This soft film protector is supposed to help with impacts that would otherwise crack the screen but it seems to scratch way too easily. The scratches don't go all the way through, so I think the screen is still protected, but it hasn't been very long and the noticeable scratches are starting to really bother me when using my phone and can even at times make it hard to read what's on the screen. I know they have al lifetime warranty on these screens so I can get it swapped out, but I still have to pay for shipping or whatever. I just can't seem to justify the cost of contently replacing the screen protector. I'll look into other brands and styles and may replace this screen under warranty if it gets too bad, but will likely just move on to another protector.

Its a good glass very durable and the price is fair

This screen protector was purchased for my hubby's new phone. It fits well, is clear and scratch resistant. Good value to protect an investment. We appreciate that Best Buy will replace the screen if it does get damaged and their associates do a great job with the replacement.

Does its purpose well but not the greatest tempered glass shield out there

Works great. Good against scratches, even hides them well.

Very pleased thus far with the Zagg hybrid glass shield designed to fit my galaxy S21 5g which fits perfect. It is crystal clear and is so easy to keep clean with a simple wipe down if necessary.

I had this same company's shield on my S9 and was really pleased. I like the fact that it has a lifetime warranty and will be replaced free if cracked. It did protect the screen on my S9 from breakage when it cracked.

LIFETIME WARRANTY! No catches. This is my... third replacement? 0 issues. Protects my phone. I just have a horrible habit of dropping my phone when getting out of the truck. XD

Bought two of these for new phones for me and my wife. We've had them in the past, and they provide great protection for our phones. A little more expensive than others, but worth the extra money.

This screen protector comes with the little attachment frame to help align it when placing it on the screen, which is nice. Cheaper copies come with the same, although they do not have the little alignment holes like this has in the peel-off protector thing which further help get good alignment. Initially I had a lot of problems with bubbles in this even though I had cleaned and ensured there was no dust where I was working (and worked quickly after I had cleaned the screen and peeled the sticky off the protector). I really worked them out with an old hotel keycard and left a few small scratched in the protector but the bubbles have thankfully not returned. I was worried I had ruined it when I first applied it, and comparing to much cheaper protectors that went on without any fuss this was a pain. I am confident it will provide more protection over time than those ones, and the antimicrobial coating is nice too.

Lifetime warranty is awesome, but it seem not to be glass

I always have issues installing a screen protector so it’s great when Best Buy installs if for me. Will replace it if it cracks and no need to wait for ZAGG to send one in the mail

So far, the screen glass has protected from one direct hit but left me with a small dimple in the protective glass. The phone glass is fine. Since I don't know what hit the ZAGG glass, I don't know how to rate the glass. There are no cracks, and the touch features still work fine.

Never heard of this, but glad I got it. Dropped phone on cobblestone walk way, landed screen side down. To my relief, NO damage! So happy I bought it. Was easy to apply to screen.

It's a fine screen protector. It was easy to install. Disappointed Zagg doesn't make a glass screen protector for this phone. You can definitly feel the difference and you can feel the imperfections in the film. I haven't dropped it yet, so I'm assuming it would protect as advertised.

So with everyone of my phones I have always gotten a screen protector by invisibleshield best protection and the life time warranty is well worth it. No cost replacement for cracks or scratches.

The screen protector is quick and easy to install free of charge inside the store and is super durable. Overall, one of the best phone protector screens I've used

Great quality but difficult to place on screen. It’s not worth it for the price.

Indents can be left on the screen protector that don't go away, since it's a hybrid glass/plastic. But it protects my phone and the indents are only seen when the screen is off. So it definitely does what it's intended to do. Keys indent, they don't scratch.

The protector fits perfectly. There's no problem with navigating the screens, but the biometrics (particularly the fingerprint) doesn't want to read through the protector. It's hit or miss. I've gone back to entering the pin because it's easier and more reliable.
