The screen was more difficult to adjust and squeegee during application. With the sprayer, the screen could be adjusted by re-spraying the phone. With the new cloth/towelette, the adhesive became gummy and any attempt to reposition the screen cover destroyed the adhesive backing, rendering it incapable of proper application without debris in between the screen and cover.
