Great customer service but product failed

Not sure if it was the phone or a defective cover but I was very excited for it to work well. Sadly it did not. Better luck next time.

It went onto the phone but the look of it was horrible. It looked like I took plastic wrap and laid it across the phone. I used the smoothing tool provided and even after all the air bubbles were out it still looked horrible. I am returning this product to the store for a refund.
