I like the screen cover but think sapphire is the best

There's no easy installation kit. Good luck with installing it. If you mess up you can't stick it back on like other ones I rather buy a 5 dollar cheap screen protector

Screen is blurry and I had the Geek Squad help install.

When I bought this, right out of the box I could tell that this was NOT what the box had advertised. Upon application there were the natural few air bubbles that will appear, but Im a wiz at smoothing those out. So I did and yet the protector had an awful display where the bubbles HAD been. On the packaging it says that these weird discolorations would disappear a few hours after applying the protector. They did not. And overall the texture of the protector is simply just cheap feeling. It didnt last on my phone but for a few days. Mainly because it makes the screen look like absolute garbage. Bad product. Wish I hadn't spent my money on it. Id advice anyone else to get a tempered glass screen protector.

Didn't realize it was a flexible screen protector and not the hard glass one. This did not protect my sons phone at all..and for the price i would never purchase it again (25 bucks)

Just a thin film and hard to apply, will not get it ever again. Get the tempered glass version which I ended up doing. It does cost more but much better quality and goes on easily.

I would not recommend this product. Difficult to apply, bubbles couldn’t get out. Had to get Best Buy to apply to another phone, then had to wait 12 hours to let it set. Once it had set, looked good.

This screen protector was difficult to put on and made a mess. Directions were unclear and confusing. $25 out the window as I had to remove it the next day due to huge air bubbles that could not be fixed.

I had a Best Buy associate put on my screen protector on my brand new phone and she did it as instructed yet the cover got all stratched up bad and the long hold touch function wouldn't most of the time while on. I took this off within minutes. Disappointed

One of the worst screen protectors I have used. Never installed right and a pain to use. Had to replace within a couple of weeks.

This was one of the worst screen covers we have purchased. If you got it on a little crooked it was too hard to pull off and realign. Will go with another one and would not recommend this one.

Bought for my adult daughter. She couldn’t get it on the phone and it got crumpled up and lost and I’m out $25. Went back to a cheap simple film I had around the house.

Screen is a film and does not provide great clarity once applied. Application process uses a gel. Other glass products are easier to install and provide better visibility.

Bought based on Zagg’s reputation and was terribly disappointed. Protector is thin plastic, like heavy duty Saran Wrap. Installed according to instructions. Could NOT squeegee all the bubbles out of it as instructions advised. I was afraid if break my screen. It was unacceptable as it was but I could not remove and reinstall it without leaving ugly fingerprints on the adhesive side. Disgusted, I went to Verizon and had them install a quality glass protector perfectly on my phone in just a few minutes. They threw the bad one away. Not a total waste - I learned a $30 quality lesson.

Was not we thought we were ordering, it looked as if it was a tempered glass protector which is what I searched for on the Best Buy site abs when I picked it up curbside it was soft plastic protector which was utterly useless to us, it lasted two days before it started to peel; will never but another of this type of product from Best Buy ever again.

Disappointed, the film screen is not as effective protecting that fragile glass screen. you need a hard shell case with this film screen protector.

Horrible screen protector. Not easy to put on and bubbles form so easily. Ended up throwing it out and getting a thicker tempered glass one. waste of money.

Purchased this item for my wife's phone. The protective coating would not attach to my phone at all. Ended up returning it. Very disappointed since I've used this product before either great results.

I am very familiar with applying screen protectors. This one was impossible, completely becoming unusable in the process. A complete waste of money.
