The squeegee was bent and would not work the air bubbles out from under the film. There was no installation video available on the zagg website. In fact, this specific product was not even listed. For such a simple item, I was very disappointed to see so little support or quality control. It is now in the trash and I am on the hunt for a higher quality product.

Posted .Sorry to hear your HD screen protector experience has been less than ideal. Installation is critical and can be difficult on curved devices. If you have a stubborn air bubble, you can gently lift the edge of the InvisibleShield closest to the bubble and use the cloth to re-apply that area of the screen protector. Stubborn bubbles may require more than one attempt to remove. Again, lift up the edge closest to the bubble. Terrible defective product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to Best Buy and showed the hard plastic screen protector I had on my phone to the sales guy and said I wanted one just like it (mine was cracked). He directed me to this one. When I went to put it on, I found out it was a flimsy thin plastic film - not a hard plastic shield. This particular one was also defective - it came off on the wrong side of the film with the adhesive on the wrong side and so it wouldn't even stick to the phone. Complete junk.
