We read the instructions. It looked terrible when we got it in the phone

For whatever reason the product would not stick to my screen. I followed the directions exactly. After contacting the company they said they would replace it but I had to pay for the shipping. I was not going to spend more money for something that didn't work. Needless to say I will not purchase from this company again.

Ended up having to replace it almost immediately. Went on poorly, instructions (even on their website) were bad, and had many bubbles underneath it that couldn't be removed.

started out great, but after a couple of months it cracked.

Difficult to install and flimsy Not much protection for the money.

Bought two boxes, on the first one the fil was so stuck to the plastics that I damaged it when taking out.. The second one even though it came easier resulted on a lousy setup and not convincing protection

I hate the screen it feels strange and makes the screen look cloudy.

Removed after 1 week. Did not like the feel of the protector. Only purchased because it was the only iphone 7 screen protector that Bestbuy had at the time. Replaced with a glass protector from another source.

The Best Buy employee told me to purchase product and first gave me wrong product for my phone then suggested this screen saver they were on sale and now I know why tacky would smooth out tons of bubbles horrible visibility and frankly a waste of time and dollars 17.99 to be exact

I've put on many screen protector and this one was not well made. Could have gotten the plastic wrap out of the kitchen drawer. Over priced and not adequate, went back to purchase glass screen protector.

This has to be the worst experience trying to put on one of these protectors. Either it’s just a bad product or the instructions are remarkably unclear, because it just would not stick to my phone and leave its backing. The foiled product is going back to the store.

Less than useless. Doesn’t come with directions. Link on the box doesn’t go to directions. Need to go down several layers. Found the directions. Shield wouldn’t stick to phone.

The worst one I've ever had started to peal in a week

this thing cost too much money, was supposed to fit an iphone6 - which it did not and then instead of just cleaning the phone surface and applying it - it required several steps and I still ended up with dust and bubbles. i'm going to Walmart next time.

Have found a better screen saver at the Apple Store.

Zagg has so many products this seems like a waste. It’s just plastic no glass. It caught to much dust before I could get it set and once you put it down on the phone there is no fixing it if it is uneven. Waste of money.

Not an easy product to apply. Very sloppy and awkward.
