It wanted me to begin a new account and I had one all ready. It took a couple days but I was able to get it all corrected

Only wish it was a thicker soft vinyl protector. But not bad for the money. Just make sure you have a pro putting on the screen protector.

Came Apart -- but mfg did replace it.

This is the third one applied to a new galaxy S7 Edge. The first two were applied at the sprint store where the technician got the same result I got this time....The protector would not adhere to the screen. I will not purchase another one
