The product works exactly as Zagg says.

I have been in cellular for 14, professionally and a lot longer personally. In my opinion the Zagg are the best. Installation will always be a little tricky due to the type of product. I do like the Hi Def shields better than the Shatter proof because they scratch and the Hi Def do not.
