We were talked into the glass shield (vs the plastic one) by the store rep. The selling point was that if the glass shield breaks,it is far less expensive that the phone glass breaking ($100 minimum replacement). The Zagg glass shield $36 investment is replaceable under the warranty. So far, the shield has cracked twice within the first 4 months of getting it. Both times, Zagg lived up to it's word regarding easy replacement. Best Buy has also come through with customer service by doing the shield replacement for us. It seems that a case with it's own face cover protector would be more efficient, but so few of the cases have this built-in protection. We own other Zagg products and are pleased with their overall quality and service. It just seems odd to keep replacing shattered glass.

This cover is awesome. You can barely tell it's there and the image is super sharp. However, iPhones tend to be in your pocket most of the time. Unless your phone is brand new, you'll want to make sure and remove all dust, lint, and stray hairs thoroughly. Otherwise, you'll see them as painful reminders every time you pickup your phone as I have a tiny hair permanently laminated to my phone.

I purchase the ZAGG - InvisibleShield HD Apple iPhone 5c - Clear. A trick I learned to help with removing lint that may not be visible to the naked eye is to fold a 6 inch strip of Scotch tape or packaging tape and slowly press back and forth on the screen to help remove any excess lint. After preparing the phone for the InvisableShield installation was quick and easy to do. I followed the directions included and also went to their website. The screen cover is sleek and the HD quality enhances the viewing space on the phone. Again great product and worth the price.

This invisible HD shield is the best thing I've discovered for my phone. It protects the screen, and is so invisible I forget it's on. This field does not hinder the touchability of the touch screen. Zagg offers a terrific guarantee with these shields, so follow directions to register it. I would recommend you ask a store employee to install the first one for you the day you buy it, and pay attention as your salesperson installs it. If you ever need to replace it you'll feel more confident doing it yourself. This may be the item which saves your phone from a bad scratch. Well worth the price.

I was looking for a reasonably priced screen protector for a 5c. It requires more preparation than other brands but you end up with a better product.

I've been using Zaggs since my blackberry days! I wear diamo d earrings and used to scratch my screens just talking on the phone, zagg fixed that! I think this is my 8th phone I'm protecting with Zagg and I always recommend them to my friends!

This product is a very thin piece of film and is NOT tempered glass. It protects well and is a good choice if you don't want the thickness of glass. The only issue I had was with bubbles after installation. They eventually went away for the most part. It's a decent value at the BB online price of $14, but is not worth the $25 in store price.

It works. They installed it at the store and after a year it turned yellowish and started to peel. It ddi protect my phone so its a good investment.

A friend of mine suggested ZAGG screen protectors for my electronics. I've had them on a Samsung Galaxy2 and Galaxy 3 smartphone, Galaxy Tab 7.0 and Tablet 10.1 inch. When I switched over to iPhone - my carrier suggested a different screen protector. I tried the other protector - it shattered the very first time I (accidentally) dropped the phone!! I came right back to ZAGG, and will never have any other screen protector!! This was the first one that I attempted to install on my own, also.... it is a bit tricky, and you do need to follow instructions carefully and fully!

In shopping around for a new screen protector, I was very disappointed in the selection, prices, and knowledge by staff at my local cellular phone provider. Going to Best Buy, there was ample selection, great prices, and will informed staff.

I have bought quite a few Zagg products and have always been satisfied. Like that the screen protector has a lifetime warranty. Now I need to go register it.

Decent product - little pricey & difficult to work with but happy with results

Overall a good product. Definitely prevents scratches. Doesn't block out too much screen resolution. Might be a bit difficult for young users to apply.

I paid extra to have Geek Squad put shield on just to get it on perfect. The guy Specified to wait till dry and all inconsistencies would be removed. Well that never happened. And I understood this shield was a self repairing Shield. Although I do have a scar that did not repair itself but not sure how it got there so I am not judging on that problem.

We purchased new phones in December and gave our old phones to our children for their first phones. This screen was a replacement for the ones we originally purchased 2 years ago. We were happy with Zagg then so went with Zagg again. So far protector is working as well as I had hoped. Love that the store price-matched on the online price as well.

I love the Zagg screen protectors, I've had them on almost all my phones and on all my iPads. The only phones I didn't use a Zagg protector were phones that were kept in an Otter Box case. They are hard to detect once they're on, don't degrade the display quality and provide great protection for your screen. The only thing is they're tricky to put on without getting dirt or something under them. Make certain you're in a room with no air moving around to minimize the possibility of getting something under the protector. but once you have it in place, they look great.

Zagg has made it incredibly easy to apply their screen protectors. Works and looks great. Would purchase again if I needed another.

Had a ZAGG shield on my previous iPhone for three years. When it quit, upgraded to 5s (yea, a few generations old but with 32 gigs does everything I want). Had a ZAGG shield installed on the new one. Most times, don't even know it's there. One word of caution - do NOT try to self-install. Pay the store a few extra bucks and save a lot of grief...

Daughters iphone 5C screen shattered, needed time to back up phone and get replaced. Shards of glass was getting embedded in fingers. Worked awesome permitting full response of touch screen without any glass shards!
