This said it was for the google pixel 2 xl but it was bigger than the phone. Couldn’t get it to fit over the camera the right way. Waste of money.

Film kept pulling up on corners. Ended up pitching after fighting it for a month. Best Buy put it on, so I assume it was done properly.

I was trying to save some money and bought this instead of the tempered glass and it was a total mistake.

Don't waste your time. Get a glass one screen protector.

This is one of those liquid activated films with the rubbery texture. Every squeegee mark is permanently imprinted on the thing. The edges don't stick, the bubbles don't squeegee out. Instead of a spray that most of these types come with, this one has a wipe. You can't wet your fingers sufficiently to handle it in the event that you have to take it off and reposition. I completely cleaned the work area, my hands, and the phone, and yet debris still made its way to the adhesive side. Once applied, even if you manage to apply without bubbles, the texture of this is nothing like glass or plastic film for that matter. It's more like pliable nylon. It is nowhere near as smooth as its harder counterparts. It's a shame that Best Buy sells only one and a terrible one at that. I wish I could give zero stars. I tore it off and threw it away and now I'm out $25+ tax.

I really like this product. Bought a glass shield online for the first time and I was not a fan of it - glass broke smudged like crazy. So to Best Buy and bought this protector (the one I am use to with my old phone) and I like it so much better. Minimal smudging and clearer. I paid the $8 to have the GeekSquad put it on. No bubbles. Only downside (i guess) is that it does not protect the rounded edges (which doesn't matter because if your phone is in a good case the sides are protected.

Zagg delivered again with another great shield for another great smart phone. I've put on 4 for myself and my family and had no issues whatsoever. Can't even tell the shield is on the phone. I've read several bad reviews that jab at the product for what seems to be an application issue. If you're not able to apply these shields without getting air bubbles, I'd recommend having a sales associate or Geek Squad agent put them on for you. There is typically a service fee of $7.99 but the employees will have it on their with zero bubbles, hairs, and/or pieces of dust left under the screen. These screen protectors work extremely well and with the lifetime guarantee offered through Zagg, they are well worth the $24.99 price point. I do wish there was a Glass option offered by Best Buy, but you can order them directly from Zagg on their website. However, I'm not sure how well they stay on the phone considering the glass screen on the phone is curved on the edges.

I bought this after having previous troubles with another screen protector. After purchasing at the Best Buy in Burbank I came home and tried to apply it. The process of application is so unnecessarily complicated! I never could get all of the bubbles out from under the screen protector. Then when I tried to remove the top layer as part of the final step, it kept pulling the entire protector off! After almost half an hour of this I decided to just take it off my phone. ONLY TO HAVE IT LEAVE RESIDUE AND MARKS ALL OVER MY SCREEN!!! The BEST part of this whole process is the fact that BEST BUY will not let me return the unusable screen to get my money back because the package is open!!! They told me I have to call the manufacturer to receive a new screen (like I would even want a new one from the company at this point). Now I cannot talk to the Zagg customer service center because it is after hours!! Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY angry and I will not buy a new screen protector from Zagg. I am also extremely disappointed in Best Buy for not allowing me to return a product that does not work and has ruined my screen!

I bought this out of desperation to get a protector on my new Pixel 2 XL and it being the one and only choice in store. Application was awkward and difficult, especially for arthritic thumbs. Many microbubbles remain, hoping they resolve on their own but looking for alternatives.

Had no issues putting this screen protector on my cell phone. Came out crystal clear and blends into the phone making it look as if there is no protector on it. Can't go wrong with the protectors warranty. Life time for as long as you have your phone.

This screen protector is horrible. I bought two of them today. The first one I put on, and it looked like garbage with huge bubbles that wouldnt go away. The second one I paid the extra $7.99 to have BestBuy install it, and it STILL has huge bubbles that wont go away. DO NOT BUY this junk!

Dont waste your time with the zagg just get a normal tempered glass screen protector. The adhesive wipe leaves lint on the screen after you spend the time to wipe it clean in the first place. Then when you get the final product you just see everything under it and there is nothing you can do but look at it every time you look at your phone. Just become an eye sore and irritating to see. You can not get a refund if this occurs because of it being a one use only product and zagg will basically say oh well if you contact them directly.

The protector didn't separate correctly from the film it was to be removed from in preparation of the application. There are tempered glass protectors out there that a most likely much better. I have applied items like this one in the past, with very little or zero issues. This is by far the worst one I've ever used. I'm surprised that it carries the Zagg name. I've used Zagg before and expected much better than this

Directions we're not very clear and you only have one packet of application gel for two screens. Couldn't keep the bubbles and streaks away. Wasted 30 dollars.

If I could give it a zero I would. This is terrible customer service. I placed this order for a replacement on June 27 and the estimated delivery is on June 11th. 15 days to ship an item that should be readily available. Terrible response time! I had this item and the same one on my son's phone for 3 days and it broke when I dropped it on the ground. Not just broke, but shattered. My son's broke the next day when he dropped it on his seat beat locking device. Really? This protective screen is terrible and would have never invested in it had I know the response time and the delicate nature of the product. Horrible!

I'm usually decent at applying screen protectors however this one is rediculous. There is a application gel adhesive primer that is on some sort of wipe. It dried out super fast and left tiny fibers on the adhesive side of the screen protector. Looked horrible when I applied it and you won't be able to get those fibers off. Ended up peeling it off and throwing it away. I don't even want to spend 6$ to send it in for the warranty.

I purchased this product from Google ad services and was full filled through Best buy. I followed the directions to a T. It was laid flat squeegeed and showed no signs of peeling. I went to the gym recently and worked put it peeled right off my phone. It has a lifetime warranty,and I'm not trying to file for it.
