Is a good screen protector against scratches. I thought it was going to be more firmer but it was literally just a piece of plastic and is hard to get on without bubbles being everywhere. If you just need it for protection against scratches this is good

Putting the shield was an easy concept but getting the bubbles out of the edge seems impossible. It seems to protect the screen and works with the Lifeproof case well.

It's more like a film than rigid. It went on no problem and you need to let it sit for 24 hours to adhere properly - so don't put your case on until it dries.

It was easy enough to put on with the instructions, buy there is some peeling already. 2 weeks on so far. Great for scratches, not a drop glass protector.

A great screen protector. I was stuck between this and the glass version. I was told by staff that this would not scratch as easily as the glass one; however, it doesn't have as much shatter protection. I don't drop my phone alot but I do have it in my pocket alot with keys and other items so I like the scratch resistance. It's not labeled "HD" like the glass version is, but I can't even tell it's on the phone. At half the price it's a better buy.

Best screen protector. Only issue is on the install on the curve screen. Must take your time. First one cracked installing it

A good screen protector for the note 9. I've had issues with other brands coming off around the edges. A little pricey but works well.

The screen protector is pretty resilient and high quality. It doesn't impede the touch controls and seems to handled oil, dirt, grease pretty well,. Easy to clean, not to mention Zagg offers a replacement for whatever reason, you just have to pay shipping. The only complaint that I have is that if you have a case that covers the edges, then this will cause the edges to peel up. It would be better if they made this just a tad bit shorter on the edges to better accommodate a case that wraps over the edges.

It protects the screen, and it does a good job. It does however begin to sort of peel up at one of the corners and if anything comes into contact with the screen that could damage it, there’s mostly a pro with this situation in that it does protect the screen however the material of the screen protector is able to be torn a bit. All in all though it’s pretty good!

Does not work with the otter box case will lift on edges other than that it's ok absorbs scratches and dings

Glass screen protectors are awesome, but at nearly $50 the cost is to high. I've used these HD screen protectors on my Samsung phones since they were introduced to me by a Best Buy associate. The screen protectors look great. The only reason I don't give these 5 stars is there always seems to be 1 or 2 small bubbles. I wont leave the store without one of these HD screen protectors. One of the many reasons I only phone shop at Best Buy.

The cover was hard to put on and got dust under it and the edges have bubbles. Not worth the money but it protects my screen ok.

I've used this brand for the last few phones and had no problem until this last phone with the installation from the people at the store,the first time I went in there was lint and hair under it was told if it bothered me to come in and get it replaced so I did yesterday and this one is not centered right and looks beat up but as far as the product I never had a problem in the past.

Gets the job done. Very thin plastic. Bubbles easy during application process but easier to smooth out bc its not glass

Good protection for my phone but i think it is overpriced

While the protection is great, the installation is challenging for the Geek Squad. I paid for the Geek Squad to install this and had problems with bubbles & damage to the protector on the first 4 attempts. Make sure to ask if they are good at installing it on a Note 9 before letting them do it. This last install looks good and is not coming off.

I have mixed feelings about curved phone screens, they seem unnecessarily fragile for a small gain in the esthetics of a smartphone. But the Note9 is too good a phone to pass up just for that. Screen covers don't help if you drop a phone but they can help protect those rounded sides from being scratched, and this cover does just that.

Take my word for it, spend the money and let Best Buy install this product. It isn't like the diamond shields, it is a film that requires activation with a chemical (provided). That wasn't the issue for me. For me the issue was the rounded corners. Couldn't get the film to lay down properly - ended up buying another style.
