After following the directions to the letter, including waiting over 5 minutes before trying to remove the cover from the protective shield, I found it would not adhere to the screen at all. It was extremely difficult to separate the protective shield from the cover at all. This was a complete waste of money.

The product is terrible to install and will not curve well around the edge radius of a phone. If it would actually adhere, it may work. The adhesive packet was almost totally dried out. Not worth 1/10 the price.

Obviously I don't have it yet but I did order it. Scheduled to be delivered this Friday. I've owned these for the last several years on different phones. Currently typing this review from my note 8 with the zagg on it. Never had any issues and great quality. Had this phone since launch (9/15/2017) and the zagg went on it straight out of the box. It's not peeling and there are still no bubbles. Don't see this one being any different. Buy it!

Awful protector. Spent an hour and a hlaf trying to install it on the phone and the edges refused to stick down, no matter what. When a SINGLE corner finally stayed down, it had multicolor swirls all over it, even though there were no air bubbles left. Terrible product.

Works great without a case, once I put my Otterbox defender case on, it started to peel on the sides. Still, it protects my screen from scratches

I JUST GOT MY NOTE9 AND NEEDED SCREEN PROTECTION. ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. BUBBLES AND STREAKS GALORE. INSTALLATION WAS HORRENDOUS AND ESPECIALLY ON CURVED GLASS, HOWEVER SAMSUNG HAS BEEN MAKING CURVED EDGE SCREENS FOR A WHILE NOW. ZAGG SHOULD HAVE A BETTER INSTALL PROCEDURE FOR THESE PHONES. I JUST THREW AWAY $25. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

Squeegee as instructed and got most bubble out. Screen still looked hazy. Let it sit for hours and bubbles -haze were worse. Tore it off and threw it away.

The quality of this product is something I'd expect from cheap throw away screen protectors. As soon as I wiped the adhesive side with their "gel applicator" aka a moist towelette, the screen protector filled with lint. Even better you better be 100% accurate in placement because there is ZERO movement once it is on the phone. Go back to the wet application screen protectors. First Zagg I've bought in a while and definitely the last. Will be returning and buying the $8 wet application screen protector from amazon.

We bought 2 glass case friendly zagg for note 9. Both cracked within a month. Ordered replacements and both dont fit right with case on even though say case friendly. Went to best buy to buy plain old zagg screen protectors because weve used in past & been happy, but they aee too big!! Noticeably big. Would need to be trimmed. Impossible to be case friendly if it is bigger than the screen!! Very unhappy. Will be returning.

Bought two of these crappy glasses. When I first got my phone the phone dropped with the glass and my screen cracked underneath. I replaced my screen for 29.99, and then committed insanity bought this screen again, phone dropped and the screen cracked underneath again. These are bogus. I am even more upset that I have to pay for the shipping of a replacement under the warranty. Such a rip off.

I picked this screen protector up on. Thursday after getting the note 9. I had the manager at best buy put it on and thought all was fine. By Saturday afternoon the sides were bubbling up and the center has a bubble and cut from using the phone while having finger nails.... I didn't even test it in my pocket with keys.

Follow the instructions to a T. Never could get the protector to curve with the edges of the phone and no matter how many times wemt over it with the squeegee bubbles continued to pop up. Not worth the price at all.

This is a film, and a very bad one. There is bubbles everywhere, it's quite bad aesthetically and protection wise. I tried the squeegee they give you, and it just made it worse.

So installing this was the most difficult thing I've ever done because there are no guidelines on the screen protector on where I should place it on the screen.

horrible screen protector. Hard to put on scratches easily. I'm disappointed best buy even stocks this product.

Bubbles galore, Wouldn't stay stuck on the curved edges. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Doesn't work with a otter box. It peels up on the sides waste of money.
