I am the kind of guy that doesn't mind spending an extra buck to get a better quality product. I recently got a nice ipod touch and needed a screen protector, Fast. I researched the web and was happy to find BestBuy offered this high quality protective film produced by a reputable company. You could understand my disappointment when I opened my undamaged package from the mail today to find that the film was half un-peeled from the transfer sleeve and stuck directly to the side, on the inside of the product's packaging. I managed to slowly peel off the film and wash off the paper bits that had stuck to the film. However, washing the film left it susceptible to hair and dust floating around my house and I quickly found out that if a hair lands on the adhesive side, there is no getting it off, even after washing. I applied the film anyways, just to see if the dust and hair would be noticeable. They were. I have never been cheated by going with the higher quality item and paying more money. My advice would be to take your money to a company that is different than Zagg, they wasted my time by not quality checking their product before sending it out, and now I leave on a plane in a few hours and am forced to carry around my itouch without screen protection. I trusted Zagg and they let me down. Learn from my terrible mistake!

I bought this product last night and installed it just like the instructions said. I let it set for 12 hours that the instructions said to. This morning I went to put it in the case and it wouldn't fit in and started to come off. The screen cover is not cut to fit, it hangs over on all sides and the pull tab is in the way so much it wont let the iPod fit all the way in the case. I went to the Zagg website and it was completely useless. It wouldn't even let me register my cover and wouldn't give me the correct options to do so. This piece of junk screen protector cost more than the case I had bought for the iPod and is so terrible I'm tempted to just still one of my Gen 4 covers on it because its a better fit than this junk is. The only reason I gave it one star is because there was no option for 0 stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

I did not like this product, It was not returnable at Best Buy due to policies they did NOT explain at time of purchase!

The film was stuck to the protector so hard that it destroyed it just trying to peel it off
