I would recommend getting the shield to help protect the glass. There are no problems with it or in the operations on the screen. There is a charge for installation of the product which we were not aware of until checkout and the installation at the Best Buy store. The advantage is If Best Buy does not install it correctly or it bubbles up you get a free replacement.

I have been using zagg screen protectors for 5 years in all my iPhones, iPods, and iPads. I have never had a screen crack or break. I have dropped it many times, face down, on its back, or on the corners. Best screen protector I know of and I haven't ever had to replace them for the life of the electronic.

It comes on on the sides around the case. it has bubbles on the side. It was NOT cheap.

Been buying the Zagg brand for all my screen protectors and I've had no problem with them. Lifetime warrenty? I haven't had to turn it in yet. Stays on great and easy to put on. Just make sure its a clean surface with no animal hairs around.

I'll go for weeks without using a new device if I can't have one of these installed on it. Great scratch protection.

Way to complicated to attach. Device has to sit for 24 hours untouched after adhesion. The store offered to adhere it at the store for an additional $7.00. We returned it instead. Very expensive, would rather just buy a more protective case such as an otter box.

Install easily by following the instructions with no bubbles. Does not affect screen viewability.

I have always been greatly satisfied with Zagg's self-healing films. ... Always an adventure to apply them. Maybe a little pricey. Why don't phones just come with screen protection automatically?

These shields have been a great investment. I have not had to replace any of my shields.

I have used the Zagg screen protector before and have been totally satisfied. I always look to protect any new device with a Zagg screen protector. I would highly recommend this protect for anyone who wants to protect their expensive hand-held devices.
