Great product. Fits the ipad perfectly and protects the screen.

Was advised that store clerk could install for a charge. Decided to do it myself. Took about 30 minutes to do it following the directions enclosed. More involved that some other products and more expensive. however it looks good now that it has been on for a while and is more durable than other similar products that I've purchased for iPhone and IPad, etc. Think it is worth the extra cost and will last longer without scratching. Like the product.

The quality of the shield is very great. The application directions left something to be desired. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

This is a great product for the money. I have been using Zagg for years and have never had an issue. The protectors are high quality and the lifetime warrantee is an added bonus.

Product will serve its purpose. Just a little difficult to attach it to the screen correctly, even after following instructions.

The screen protector is very thin and provides excellent protection. In addition, the protector does not affect the device's high resolution screen. Pricey, but worth it. All other screen protectors usually get pulled off within a few days of install by myself; because, it affects device screen resolution or it affects the feel of touch screen.

I paid the salesman $15 to install it on my iPad and he had a hard time getting one on it that wasn't scratched or damaged in some way. Eventually (after quite awhile) he was able to get it installed. The case he sold me for the iPad put creases in the screen protector so I guess the screen protector did its job and my iPad screen wasn't damaged.

I only purchase the ZAGG screen protectors for all my family electronics. They are well worth the extra cost due to the ease of replacement for the life of the electronic.

This is the only product to use. Have installed the HD on an Ipad 4, glass on an Ipad Air and the HD on the Mine 2 I bought recently, great coverage, last and lasts.

I had 2 of these placed at the Best Buy store in Oshkosh. The first one went on with no difficultly and we have had no problem with it. The second IPAD the guy could not get it on without bubbles and tried 3 times. On the 3rd time he got it on but it was slightly crooked and told us that he thought it would be fine. Well by the time we got home it had already started to peel up on the corner. We were leaving for a 2 1/2 week trip to Nebraska and the guy told us just bring it in when you get home and we will replace it --don't worry about it. Well yesterday we took it in and it was the most irritating situatuion. They didn't want to replace --even though the guy remembered my son and the trouble that we had getting it in the first place and they made us pay for installation for them to put a new one on, they argued that it was beyond the 30 days and they just couldn't do it for nothing. I had told them what we were told and even the manager would'nt budge. I am so upset over the customer service that we recieved that its ridiculous. We paid just over $30 dollars for that shield and they made us pay to put it on and then when we had problems with it they said just bring it in and we will replace it and when we did they gave us a hassle and made us pay an additional $15 dollars to install it again. I think that was absolutely WRONG. We had our reciept and the guy even remembered us and all the trouble we had with this one. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY OPINION AND I don't think that was right.

It is nearly impossible to keep the Bluetooth connection to the keyboard active. It seems every time I open the case I have to go through the connection process. Sometimes it is successful, but many times it doesn't connect and I have to use the on-screen keyboard. The case does do a good job of protecting my iPad.

I only purchase ZAGG screen protectors for our devices and love them. They are thicker than some of the other brands out there and old up well under pressure. I've dropped my iphone several times and not once has it gotten a scratch on it from the concrete. I've thrown my keys in my purse and not a scratch in the film (same can not be said about other products). Will continue to only use ZAGG products.

Was a good price and fits accurately on my iPad mini. Keeps fingerprints, etc off of it.

Works as well as other protectors. The screen has to be really clean before application. I would recommend it.

Bought this. Followed instructions closely via step by step. Still unable to get it on the screen without bubbles. As a result, I threw it in the trash can and bought another one from a different company. From my experience, do not use the solution included in the package. You are better off to skip that step from their instructions. Then you might be successful applying it.
