This screen protector was expensive and I was told it would last for the life of the phone. With the Otter Box on the phone, the screen protector is peeling in two places. I will take the whole set up into a store when I have time and see what, if anything, can be done. This "forever" screen protector was too expensive to last less than three months! P.S. - The Otter Box comes with screen protectors. Use those before you waste your money on this one!

The supposed bubble free setting did not work. Too expensive. I could have bought a much cheaper screen protector and put it on myself.

Apparent defective product - they have now made slightly smaller to get it right - only fixed for a few days so we will see. Another problem is that they email me too often.

I'm not happy that anything that comes in contact with the shield leaved a pitting or a mark. Not quite what I expected.

So I found this to be a complete waste of money. It made the touch screen nearly unusable. Even after a week the bubbles were still there, even after following the instructions to the letter. I just took it off and threw it away. Even if there's a "deal" like there was with me to get a case and protector for less than both separately, don't waste your money. I would have saved money if I'd only bought the case since that's the only thing I'm still using.

When you use a cover it intrfears with it. not a proper fit. Has tobe trimmed to fit or you get "bubbles" and extra "stuff" from pocket or elseware.

This screen cover will not stay on the phone. It starts to roll up on the edges and has to be replaced every month.

Instructions were not clear which made for a poor installation

No better than a regular screensaver. It does not heal the scratches as we were told it would.

I returned this!! I bout $1700 worth of merchandise including 3 screen protectors. Best buy wouldn't put them on for me unless I paid an additional $15 per device!!! One employee who worked at another store normally, wanted to put them on for me and the worker from that store said no!! I was not happy and almost took my business elsewhere!!!!

This is great for value priced. I do worry about the edges peeling, but so far so good.

It does not work with case with holder. It is a hassle to spend time trying to remove the bubbles further the camera lens might be partially covered by the movement of the edge of the shield.

After 3 days it started to peel off at the edges. I reapplied the edges and it was ok for a few days. After about a week the whole thing came off when I pulled it out of my pocket.

I use this to clip on my car visor. I was hoping that I could put the phone in face out so I could see and use it while it is clipped in. You can't. They should make it so you could.

I purchased the product thinking that it would protect my phone from damamage but the product didn't stay on the phone. it came off within a week or too. I've wasted my money !!!!

This screen is HORRIBLE. Constantly bubbling at the edges. I know they have a lifetime guarantee, but why replace junk with junk??

Very easy to install. No bubbles were left under the protector. I've been using this for several months now and it protects my screen as advertised.

I think this is a must have for the GS3. It does the job, but they're a few issues. First issue is installation, you need to have patience and follow the instructions. Make sure you are in a dust free area and use plenty of the solution. Second issue is set time, you do need to leave the phone off for at least 8 hours so that the all imperfections go away. Third issue is the orange peel effect. I installed it with no dust and no air bubbles, however, after mild use and putting the phone in my pocket I did notice some markings from normal use. Overall, I would recommend it because the benefits out weigh the issues. You can barely notice that it's on the phone.

It's great. The quality is superior to any other product on the market. The agent at the AT&T store was trying to sell me a screen protector - when I told him I had one on the screen already, he had to do a double take. He was so impressed that he said he was going to go buy one after his shift was done. I like the feel of the screen. The fingerprints are easy to wipe off. The tactile function of the screen is not diminished. Very clear, very easy to apply. The price reflects its superior quality.

More difficult to install than glass screen protectors and has a few bubbles, but they're only discernible when powered off. When powered on, the screen is very clear.
