It was for my daughters phone and a week after getting her phone she was outside and dropped it face down. The glass on the protector cracked, but no damage to her phone. Zagg will also replace the screen protector once it cracks.

My last phone had some minor impacts which cause the glass to chip. If you can deal with some minor chipping (from your own actions), the screen will still hold up and do its job. A good solution to keep your phone pristine when you need to trade in or sell it.
