While the shield was fine for 6 mos, it suddenly started to crack in the corner. Since I had to pay for shipping to return to Manufacturer (Best Buy didn’t help), I bought a different product from a different retailer.

I bought the Zagg HD Glass shield for my iPhone 6s. After installation, bubbles started showing up in 5 weeks. Bestbuy won't do a replacement (over 30 days policy) - so now I have to get a replacement from Zagg, pay additional $5.99 for shipping

Got an iPhone 7 for Christmas I put glass shield yesterday I dropped phone on laminate floor the glass cracked I was surprised since I've had glass shields on previous phone and dropped phone numerous times and never had the shield cracked

This screen protector is a waste of money. Within the first few weeks, several scratches appeared. I have not dropped my phone. Just putting the phone in my purse, causes scratches on the screen protector. Very dissatisfied!

the screen cracked within a month of purchasing. and when I went to replace it, since it advertises "lifetime warrenty!!!", I learned they don't replace it in the store, I have to contact the company direct and pay $6.00 shipping.

Did not look right on iPhone 7 had bestbuy install this tempered glass and had what they call a halo effect around the edge of the phone looked horrible had to purchase a Belkin brand tempered glass from Apple Store looks perfect now

Bought this shield for my new iPhone 7. It did not go on well and does not go to the edge of the screen. You feel a definite seam on the edge. I removed the shield. Would not have bought if I had check it out first.

The glass on this protector cracked not long after purchase. It continued to get worse in addition to cracking in a second spot. Very disappointing. The phone was never dropped, hit, etc.

Was cracked within 1 month of purchase. Not the first one I've had to replace in a short period of time. Good thing they have a lifetime warranty. I have only continued buying them for that reason.

I’ve dropped my phone twice now from about a 2.5 to 3’ drop and my screen protector already has a fragmented place in the top left corner that has begun to enlarge. I’ve had it less than a month.

The edges around The screen protector never sailed to my phone so they will most likely start cracking any day now I really can’t stand these screen protectors I go through them like nobody’s business

Phone fell off chair and screen shattered. Have a hard case on phone and have dropped many times without issue with the last screen protector..waste of $20 and the $30 to get screen fixed

I’ve only had this for one month. The protector already started to peel away from the top. When I touched it, the piece broke off and literally stuck in my thumb and cut me. Now I have to replace it.

I dropped my iphone 7 once and it immediately cracked and the crack only got bigger and bigger. They have a "free" replacement policy but frankly, you still have to pay $5 for the shipping/handling. Not worth it.

This cracked within 2 days of purchase and has gotten worse since then. Total waste of money (yes, I know that there is a warranty, but it is not worth the cost to pay to have a new one shipped).

i've had a very short timeand it's already peeling on the edges and save my receipts and I plan to take it back to the store at my first convenience and possibly let them install a new ones-any better?

This product was not reliable. Put on the screen and it bubbled. Sent back the old one and get a new one which they charged me for and said I did not send the old one back.

I always get just the regular hd one and it never breaks this time I thought I would be fancy and buy the glass one and one month later it's breaking on the edges and I have haven't dropped my phone.

I bought this screen protector for my daughter’s phone, it bubbled up all around the edges, and second day she had it the phone fell and the protector shattered in 4 different places

The product was sold to me as very protective and my daughters phone screen shattered and the screen protector was fine. Second time this has happened when we’ve tried this brand
