The process of applying the protector was quick and easy. The sales person at Best Buy put in on perfectly. When the time came to trade in my phone, the value was intact because the screen was still good.

Lifetime warranty where can you go wrong!!!!! Althoughhhhhhh so my dad is great I upgraded him to an iPhone 7 back in 2018 he cracked his screen last week in 2020 lol but they would not exchange his shield. I had to buy a new one the 2nd gen (SE, 6,7 comp) bc they no longer have the one I purchase back then. Only thumbs down I still should have been able to switch it out through warranty
