This shield is starting crumble towards the bottom of the phone. It's protecting but I have to send it in under warranty already (I'm not hard on my phone either) and it's only been only 2 1/2 months and of course replacing under warranty they charge

I have bought many of these zag protectors for almost $50 each . They break easily . My phone broke too :( . I think I'm better off with an otter box. That's the only time I don't break the screen . However they are better than nothing on there .

I’m concerned what will happen to my phone if I ever drop it because I moved a glass over my phone and it instantly scratch this screen protector. I was honestly expecting something more durable and scratch resistant.

It's a zag so there is nothing wrong with the product if installed properly. The BB employee who installed mine put it to close to the thumb reader making accessing the 7+ options very frustrating. After a week of dealing with this I through it away.

Cracked within the first week. Carry phone in purse didn’t even drop it but screen protector cracked in two spots first week of having it put on phone. Zag will replace only replace one ... we bought 3 phones and same issue with all of them

I love the product but they need to perfect it to fit the screen for a iPhone 7 plus. I have had Best Buy install one twice and it comes loose at the bottom of the screen because of the curved edge. I will keep it though. It serves its purpose.

One cracked almost immediately, the other cracked a few weeks later. Neither of which happen when dropped or anything like that. It the screen itself didn’t crack though. I’ll update after we go through the warranty process

I bought this to protect my iPhone. I broke it with in the first 2 weeks. It held up for a while but then I ordered the replacement under warranty and they sent me some plastic screen. It lasted 2 days before I took it off.

These screen protectors are very delicate. I put the phone in my pocket and my spouse put her phone in my same pocket and it somehow cracked the glass. I know I have full protection on it and can return it for another, just a slight inconvenience.

The day I had this put on it broke before I even got home. I didn’t even drop it, I just had it in my pocket. 3 stars because Zagg sent a new one right away. But I have to send the old one back and I had to pay shipping

These screen protectors break easily and are so expensive compared to the quality. I switched to a $5 screen protector that lasted longer than these.

Fits iPhone7 Plus poorly. There's an edge all the way around that doesn't line up perfectly. Was told by Best Buy employee that was how they fit. Since it's guaranteed, I'll live with it but for aesthetics it would be nice if it fit better.

The screen protector works great except the point of having a screen protector is that the screen doesn’t crack or shatter easily. This screen protector cracks easily upon dropping. I now have a screen with a crack in it!

Was convinced to purchase the glass over the plastic and within a week the glass protector cracked. And it’s not that we dropped the phone or had any accident with it. Not worth the hassle sending in for the refund either

The screen Protector doesn't stick on the edges of the iPhone 7 plus. Between me and the geek squad we went through 6 different ones and none of them would stay stuck to the edges.

This hd glass is just good as it looks. But drooping it will break just as a normal glass would. I would rather go back to the original where you need a blow dryer to install it than keep buying these every time you drop it.

Not the best, have had other ZAGG and no issues, went on easy, issue with the corner not sealing down well. After about 2 weeks corner would not seal down, large bubble started.

Well the glass on this is very smooth and resists smudges quite will, it just doesn't fit. We bought one for 3 different phone and they are a little too tall and a little too wide, causing them to not stick down on the edges properly.

I bought this screen protector because I liked the idea of the warranty. Unfortunately. I went through 3 screen protectors having to pay for shipping each time on the replacement and on this last one my actual screen shattered (the phone was in a case). I reached out to them and all they offered me was a waived shipping fee for my fourth ZAGG screen protector. Save your money and skip this one.

I'm trying this in conjunction with an Otterbox Defender series case. So far the shield has lifted on one edge and allowed a piece of lint under it. It was a recommendation from the Best Buy Tech and I'm not really pleased.
