I've only had this glass cover on my phone for two weeks and it is already peeling off in three spots.

Went to geek squad to get the screen protector put on and both phones have air bubbles in the field of vision. While I'm sure it doesn't totally affect the quality of the protection it makes the protector unappealing.

I purchased when I updated my phone. It cracked too easily and does not stay secured to screan. It also collects dust and debris on edges ..

I had Geek Squad install this on my phone for a small fee that way if it doesn't stick or bubbles up they'll replace it at no charge to you. Just by looking at it you can clearly see that it doesn't cover the full screen.

We had to order a replacement and this was no easy task. Had to go through Zagg and was a process. Hope the replacement will be better and it was just a fluke.

Very disappointed does not stay attached at top and bottom and sides. The geek squad says have to live with it. That for iPhone 7 plus geek squad claim due to curve of iPhone. With jet back iPhone this sticks out like an eyesore and very annoying. I have returned many times to have this redone and wind up with same result. The manager claim must be a defective lot from zagg. Plus to top off the situation I have been flagged for returns which does not feel fair considering this is defective product.

I won't give 5 stars because I think it outrageous that BB charges $7.00 to apply the protector to the phone. They sell the protector for $50 & then $7.00 to apply. They didn't use to do that. Not happy about it.

Bought it $40. It cracked within a month. Phone never been dropped. It cannot protect cracking itself, cannot depend on this to save the phone. Claiming the warranty need to pay shipment charges.

Glass is smaller on the iPhone 7 Plus, the product says on the box for iPhone 6S plus, and with an extra sticker says also fits iPhone 7 but in reality when you put itnon its smaller not covering the whole screen

Got with free replacement broke after about a week. I haven't contacted the company for my replacement yet seems like a burden to have to order a new one especially if it's going to happen after a few weeks.

Dropped my new iPhone and screen cracked. Took the zagg off and it was fine. Should have put my iPhone screen on top of this maybe it would have cracked the zagg

What’s the point of paying 8 dollars for installation when you end up with a big air bubble the next day? The screen itself is okay. It does not cover the phone edge to edge though

Had to take it back 2 weeks after purchase it cracked and I even had them place it on my phone, they did change it out, and its only been a week so still hoping I just got a bad one at first!

Every time I get a new phone I put a screen protector on it. This one seems to have trouble laying flat - there's a thin border top and bottom where it doesn't sit flush up against the glass. Kind of annoying.

Been less than a month and I already have a scratch. The problem is the scratch is located at a pivotal spot. I need to send the glass in for the warranty but I can’t find the original packaging.

I am not really into glass protectors, I had the plastic sticker and I got this one and it is all like crashed from the sides and I remembered why I didn’t want the glass in the first place.

I am guessing this is the best out there and the one that Best Buy suggested. I have had 3 on my phone in about 2 months they have all cracked at the top near the indent then the crack spreads

I have only had this product for three weeks and it already has two separate cracks on it. I know that you can return it for a new one with the company but it's still frustrating.

Honestly I think you are better off ordering this or another off amazon. My screen started peeling off within a few months and it was a hassle.

This is the first time that my “protective” shield cracks. The phone is fine. I went back to Best Buy and couldn’t fix it bc I was supposed to mail off some paperwork that I forgot about.
