The Best Buy crew put this on my phone for me but I was constantly having to go in for the insurance replacement on it it was not a very good cover

It was complicating getting it out of the packaging. Then once I got it out it cracked on me! So disappointed due to the amount of money I spent on it

Purchased the invasable shield for my new I phone x. Spent 42 dollars for a screen protector because the phone was so expensive. Bubbles on the phone pretty horrific job installing the shield!

I have had Geek Squad apply two of these to my iPhone 8 plus. Each time, the screen protector lifts off the iPhone glass at the corners. This is due to a slightly curved screen on the iPhone. The protector glass does not "sit down" to the surface of the iPhone. Because of this, dust, hair, and other particles get under the protector at the edges. This looks unclean and unprofessional. The screen protector glass itself is high quality to protect the screen, but I couldn't deal with the lifted edges and dirt. I have since returned the protector.

Was impressed at first with the quality but a. Few weeks into it being on phone a spot was chipped in it and it cracked. Was only ever in wife’s purse so not sure how damage occurred.

Dropped my phone once, and it wan’t that hard, and there is it, a hair line fracture just a tat smaller than 1/4 of an inch clearly shown a long the top right edge of the phone.

Does What it’s suppose to . I find it cracks easily and I’m not happy with the return policy ! Unfortunately need to send it back to manufacture and pay for shipping for replacement

Sorry to say I'm confused about what to do with product after purchasing.. it's installed on a brand new iPhone 7 plus ... the agent who installed it chipped the edge.. after that hair line cracks surfaced on the face Of product and am hoping not my phone. I now have 3 places where this product has chipped on the edges... every chip causing hair line cracks . I'm very upset about this but don't know what to do about it ...I'm afraid if I take the phone back into Best Buy that taking it off would be an issue so no I can't recommend this product

the protector has already cracked and has only been on the phone for a week. seriously... not even enough time to get scratches or very many finger prints on it and it is already cracked.

I prefer the Zagg titanium glass screen cover- this was a purchase in the mean time. So far it has done ok but has scratches from earrings and air on two edges after being installed by Best Buy.

I got it because I wanted to protect my new iphone 7 plus. I didn't want to chance the common air pocket bubbles from putting it on nor the effectiveness of my touch screen. So, I returned it.

The Zagg cracked and we need to take it back to a dealer to have it replaced. The Best Buy guy says that’s the way it is supposed to work— the Zagg is supposed to crack, not your phone screen. Anyway, Best Buy doesn’t replace it, you have to go to a Zagg outlet. We’ve been directed to a mall kiosk that isn’t very convenient so we’re walking around using a phone that looks like it’s cracked until we can get over to that mall. Disappointed not with the product but the service options.

Placing it sensually on my screen I can still see and hedge. Needs to be a little wider so that it fits more snuggly and therefore is not noticeable while I have my case on it.

One of many screen protectors installed but the edges on this one started to lift pretty quickly (days) after installation. Still firmly on phone but not sure how long it will last.

These always seem to get cracked easily and by the time you go to replace most people don’t have the patience or time to try and take advantage of the lifetime guarantee

This is an economical solution and was on sale at purchase. I would recommend the sapphire glass option as it is more durable and resistant to cracking when dropped.

For the amount you pay for a Zagg protector you would think it would last more than a week. I've never dropped the device just pocketing it and the screen would crack.

Only a three star on this product due to the bottom seeming to lift up after a short time. Seems that it may be a one size fits 6s plus and 7 plus but doesn't seem to be perfect on the 7

I love the ZAGG glass protectors but this one didn't stack up with previous items, Did not adhere to the screen evenly. Will be contacting ZAGG
