It comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee, that Best Buy has notched up a step - BB will replace the product free of charge on demand *. Installation is simple and fool-proof, just use the provided cradle, lens cleaning pad, lens cloth, and lint catching sticker, apply the protective glass shield, press out the air bubbles and when you're done you have a crystal clear protector that does not inhibit touch screen operation and it is INVISIBLE, * My friends have had theirs for years and with drops and dings have never experienced any need to have their screen protectors replaced.

A MUST HAVE!

Luckily it had this brand glass protector on it! It was replaced at NO charge and it totally protected the phone! Not a scratch! I would NEVER go without it again!
