Was good until it cracked. Then had to go thru the replacement process. You’d think something that pricey shouldn’t crack

This does the job but it looks bad. The adhesive does not hold along the edges. It looks like it is peeling away from the surface. I imagine that it will eventually fail.

Screen protector cracked in many places within a few months. Cracks are bad enough that they and interfere with screen visibility. This occurred with normal use without the phone ever being subjected to a hard drop. My wife replaced the screen protector with the same brand and cracks again appeared over a few months. The phone screen underneath the protector has not cracked so maybe the protector did offer some protection but I do not think this is the case.

Had It put on from day one to protect my screen, well, it is chipped and cracked and so is my phone screen. First time I have EVER had screen damage.

I have had this glass protector on my phone for less than a month and it already cracked. I do like that the “smudge proof” aspect of it works very well.

My phone fell off my sofa on to floor and protective glass cracked. Zagg says I need to return product before getting refund. Protective glass won't come off cell phone.

It does not cover the whole Iphone 7 plus screen. Bubbles under the screen even after careful placement. I have had better screen protections for a quarter of the price.

For only being $20 on sale it was a steal. However it cracked on one drop to carpet. Money would be better spent on a more durable glass screen protector.

The warranty is a total gimmick! Product is overpriced and Best Buy charges an additional fee for installation. Verizon beats this any day with a better product.

item works great but cracks on edge easy. they could improve on the design better as i have purchase a off brand glass and is way stronger than this item

This protects the screen well but it breaks easy and is made of glass like substance and cut your finger

Lasted a couple of days then came off. Applied it easily enough but didn't stick for long.

I'v had this protector on my phone for 2 months now and it is starting to bubble up on side&middle. Very distracting. It was installed by a bestbuy employee. Zaggs will replace but i have to pay for shipping fees for a new one. I'm going to check and see if bestbuy will replace it for no charge since it was bought and installed there and there right down the street. If it didn't start coming off so quick after purchase i would have given it 5 stars.

After having the Temperd glass is cracked within a week. Even though my phone was safe the temperd glass should have lasted Longer in my opnion.

I got this screen protector and 2 weeks after having it, there’s a small chip and now there’s a long crack in the protector screen from the chip

Cracked on the first fall Best Buy does not replace must go to vender they make it a pain to replace actually required a return rather than just a photo

This protector is not adhering to the phone. Has created a halo effect all the way around the outer edges.

I like the material and it provides good protection, but it fits poorly around the edges. It didn't set well and it is not sealed around the edges.

Stop read me warning warning do not buy I don’t like this product cheap waste of money

Do not believe the instructions. The film did not magically disappear. My shield is on a slight angle and partially covers my home button.
