It wasn’t thrown around, dropped or mishandled. Bought another and it’s already cracked! One week!! Seriously, one week and it’s already cracking. What a poor product and waste of money. Ugh!!

Warranty Gimmick

Registration/replacement process similar to navigating a Ninja Warrior course. Wrong replacement. Damaged screen protector was lost in mail so they charged full price. Buy Armor Edge instead. Much easier and just as good.

Questionable

Either the product is defective or the Geek Squad was negligent in applying the product. I returned and had a new one applied with the same result. Edges don't adhere to the screen allowing dust & lint to collect. Only gets worse over time.
