Cheap screen protector

After exchanging it at the store and being extra cautious with it the same problem happend again after a week and a half of having the replacement.

Bought two but...

Mine has been fine after a week and a half. My wife's shield has already cracked. She didn't drop it and doesn't know how it is chipped and cracked. Not suppose to I believe. Back to Best Buy to replace it. Usually staff is open to do so for defects.
