I always look at reviews and do research before making a purchase. To date Best Buy has beat all of their competitors on affordability and service and I really enjoy their interest free financing. Have been a loyal guest for several years and have no reason to buy anywhere else.

I dropped my iPhone and righ away made a crack on the glass. The other phone's cover had no scratches for over 2 years now. Unfortunately I don't remember the brand name or where I got it.

I love the product but don't like how Best Buy charges to install. I have learned how to do it myself, so 10 or so later I'm kind of a pro. Their warranty is great but do not forget to mail the broken one back or they will charge your card.

Zagg always makes great products and they have lifetime warranty. If anything happens to the protector they will replace it for free. The only thing you pay for is for them to install it for you just make sure you go to one of the zagg stores/kiosks, most malls have them.

It's a great protection but I wonder if it breaks easily. I accidentally dropped my phone but it wasn't from a high distance nor was the impact super great to cause such a crack. It cracked 4 ways. However, the phone itself was saved.

The glass protector easily cracks when phone is dropped. The life time warranty is very good though. You just pay the shipping charge and they send you a new protector.

This screen protector gets five stars for the clarity and definition. Excellent in that department. However I had to knock a star off as I've had a little issue with its adhesion near the corners. But overall a good product.

It was a little tricky to attach without dust/smudges/bubbles but what screen protector isn't? If you take your time it is a great screen protector and looks and feels great. Customer service for zag was great but had to pay shipping to get replacement.

I'd pass on this if I had to choose again. It adds this terribly annoying blue hue to your screen. Go with the glass luxe. It's more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I would say this screen protector is ok. Its the first time I've used one and within a week of having it, it has a little scratch from I'm guessing putting it my purse. The great thing is that it has a lifetime warranty

I am very disappointed. The first time I dropped my phone not only did the protector glass break but now I have three cracks in my phone. I am confused because I thought that's what this device would do prevent breakage!!!

This stuff is aweful, not as good as it sounds. Just a 40 dollar version of the cheap o eBay version. It sounds great on package till you try it. After to install too. Pass.

So the screen protector looks really really nice but the problem it isn't that strong. I have a case on my phone and In a week the screen protector had already cracked. It's not as tough as I thought it would be.

Although the feel and protection is great, I noticed a crack in the corner of the screen about a week after purchasing and I have not dropped my phone at all.

This is the 3rd one that I bought. All of them has broke in less than 2 month the last one in a week. Don't ask me why Istill buy them; because I have not even used the replacement program from the manufacture.

Much better than previous plastic cover. Easy to clean with glass cleaner, and doesn't require frequent cleaning like plastic. Looks just like new after cleaning. It is glass and can be chipped or cracked if you don't take care of it.

I paid $8 extra to have my salesperson put the shield on my phone. I'm glad I did because the edge of my shield is bubbling up...I can take it back and get a brand new shield put on free of charge now.

My first screen cover, same Zagg, lasted about a year before failing. This one got a crushed spot in a few weeks. But the screen underneath was not harmed.

The first one delaminated so I took it back . Best Buy originally said I needed to take it up with Zagg it was not there problem until I showed them I had a few days left on there warranty responsibilitys . Next I was sent to the Geek Squad who refused to remove the case that they sold me saying they did not know how to get the phone out ??? Finally one of the store employees and I figured out . The screen saver ok but Best Buy really needs to service what they sell .

Two features does not meet as claimed by manufacturer 1. Not a good install. Bubbles remain on sides. 2. Screen protector is broken within a week of usage.
