I'm going in my 3rd or 4th warranty replacement for this item. I. Have a love hate relationship with these glass protectors, they look great and apply easier than the film ones but they don't last long at all.

Cracked within few days.

The Best Buy customer service was terrible. Instead of explaining the whole policy of returns to manufacturer, they were rude and dismissive. The manufacturer did process claim. Very tempted to tear up Best Buy credit card.
