Does not stand behind product

I did not open the product for two weeks after my wife bought it for me. There was a blemished area that showed on the phone. Best Buy would not exchange the product.

Not a big fan

I dropped my phone from about 3 feet high and the screen is pretty well shattered. Not a scratch on the screen protector though, kind of the opposite of what I was hoping for.

I forgot to register for the free replacement so I purchased it again and once again it broke this time it was registered but it's not a free replacement, still need to pay for shipping..
