First time phone was dropped screen shattered Did nothing and afterwards Best Buy sales person said it really didn't protect screen anyway

I have had a zagg invisible shield on every phone or iPad I have owned. Thought I would try the glass one this time. It broke in two places the second day I had it. I went online to get a replacement and they said I never registered it. In fact they had no record of me every registering any of them. So much for free replacement. I was told I should buy them directly from Zagg in Order to get a replacement, not from Best Buy.

Original was installed in the store but shortly after it started chipping on the side. It was replaced under warranty through zagg.

Product is good. Dropped my phone once and the glass protector broke on the corner. Call bestbuy and they won't do anything about it.

Do not buy, hopefully I have a fluke and just got one bad product, otherwise the brand will not survive, and they charge a lot for this.

Purchased and had installed by Best Buy Mobile folks. Installer said halo (edge of screen protector doesn't adhere) affect would go away in a few days... It didn't, so I took it back a week later. The next installer said, sorry, the protector doesn't ever seat properly on the iPhone 6s because the screen curved. Also, has a slight yellowish tint that I'm not crazy about. Consider another model for your iPhone 6s.

I was told it was my device why I was having problems with this product. Utilizing the Insignia protector I like it so far.

On my most recent purchases the edges of the glass don't sit all the way against my screen. It's happened twice now.

I brought this and had Geek Squad install it. They did it 10 times opening 10 new protectors and they were all defective.

Cracks easily. I had to have it replaced twice. Last time paid $8 for Best Buy to install and still bubbled and cracked

This sucks!! Don't waste your time with this. I think this brand is bad. It doesn't work really well. Bubbles everywhere

I have broken two of Screen protectors in less than a month. Not happy at all!

Keeps phone protected and easy to put on. I still kinda like the older non glass ones but that is just me.

The edges of the screen protector are easily chipped and then sharp. The protector scratches and looks terrible!

It broke the first week I had it after my phone fell off a coffee table onto soft carpeting. Not very sturdy.

On my third one, since it's a lifetime warranty. Keeps cracking.

This is the third one in 7 months I've put on my 14 yr olds phone. Thankfully two are under warranty.

The screen protector peeled off one week after it was purchased after it was put on by the employee.

Actually this one is hard to put on.and i think its over priced

Bought to protect iPhone 6 plus and screen still broke with a drop of about a foot. Waste of money.
