broke instantly soo as the phone fell and cracked my screen

It's not easy putting on. They have a lifetime warranty which is nice, except when your about to use it for a second time in 2 months! O and if u use it with a running armband, your touch feature on your phone stops working. I have to pull it out to set up my running apps.

Seems like always replacing the shield on my phone

This was difficult to get right and had to be returned

This is my second time purchasing this item in the last 8 months. The first time I purchased this screen protector it cracked within about 6 weeks. I thought it was a fluke and lived with it for a while. Just purchased again and 4 weeks into it, cracked again.

The glass sheild broke in the 5th week of using it.

The Zagg screen protector is very expensive, yet it is no better than the protectors you can find elsewhere for a third the cost. When the screen protector cracks, you need to send it back to Zagg, and all they do is send you a new one, but that takes time while your phone is no longer protected!! There should be a way that you can go on line, report that the screen protector broke, and then immediately download a document that you can then take to your local Best Buy and receive a new one for free. Get one one line. Much cheaper and better. You'll be happier.

I contacted geek squad for assistance, but no help

I have purchased HD screens before, but this one is not very good. When using touch screen, it doesn't always read through the shield making it difficult to work with apps by the touch of a finger. I will not buy this product again.

My phone mostly stays in my purse in its own pocket and this screen protector still broke after only a week. The only upside to buying from Zagg is that you can register the screen and get a free replacement.

Purchased the Zagg shield a month ago. The assistant raved about it . There is a small chip on the side, it was not manhandled. It baffles me how it would protect the iPhone if it was manhandled.

Having already purchased this exact product from AT&T store this past December, I specifically asked the sales associate if this particular glass screen cover was guaranteed to fit the iPhone 6Splus and he said YES-which was a lie. Same exact issue I had the first time I bought it 6 months ago, it has an air bubble going all the way around the outer edge of the protector allowing dust & whatever to get trapped underneath.

I bought this less than 2 months ago and it already shaterred. Maybe the case I had on my iPhone was not good with glass protector. I had a life proof case with glass and it broke.

I have mixed feelings about this screen protecter,it makes my phone heavy and scratchers easily especially for someone like me who just tosses there phone in there purse!

Started bubbling up after two days. It was installed on a brand new phone by the Best Buy staff. Need to get my money back.

I had this on my iPhone 6 Plus, dropped my phone one time and my screen cracked how ever the screen protector did not !

My two keys in my pocket cracked it. It doesn't fit the screen very well at all. It makes a glow around the edges. It also takes away from the swipe back.
