I had this installed by the mobile "technician" at the time of purchase and he scratched the protector in the process and mis-aligned it as well. To top it all off the HD is more expensive and has a terribly annoying blue tint to it that affects the colors I see in games and apps.

Do not buy this. I went into the store b/c this protector does nothing but crack. The guy says yeah, they are made really cheap now. But you can have them send you a new one under a warranty. I just want a refund. (Btw, phone never dropped)

I really liked the idea of this screen protector and it looks really good once installed. The downside is that it cracked within the first week of normal use. The warranty on this product is good so I was able to get a replacement for around $5. That one cracked as well. I just received my third one and it also started cracking within the first day. One other flaw is that the top and bottom of the shield don't ever properly suction to the iPhone due to the curvature of the edges so there is always a raised portion.

Had to return - the edges wouldn't stay down, GS staff swapped and same issue. Tried another phone, same issue.

Anyone else's coming up with a blue glare? I had 2 and they both have it and I don't know if they were defective or it just comes that way.

I had a long product review typed here, but decided to take the short and sweet approach instead. I've received 5 replacements for this product, all of which lift around the edges or dust gets trapped underneath (even after carefully cleaning the phone screen). Zagg communication is horrible for warranty replacements (takes forever to receive CORRECT replacement) and Best Buy employees say the lifting I'm experiencing is normal so they cannot do anything about it. Also, the product cracks VERY easily...like if the wind hits it just right, there will be a crack. I've had this product under 90 days and I regret wasting my money. For $40, I do not think this product is worth it.

Really be careful when purchasing this product because it breaks easily.

I have had several phones, and several screen protectors (I'm a serial dropper). That said, this was the WORST one I have ever owned! On the first very minor drop (less than 2 feet) it shattered the screen protector and the screen underneath. It offered zero "protection" which is what it's called, so... a total misnomer. Oh, and that "warranty? " Yeah, it's discontinued, it'll cost you an additional $15 to replace (with something cheaper), AND they don't guarantee the phone, itself. So I am out of luck. And Best Buy won't refund or replace, because of the "fantastic warranty." So I'm out $50 for the screen protector, an additional $150 to replace my screen, and whatever the next screen protector will cost me, because I am NOT going with another defective piece of junk from Zagg!

Back in August I brought the iPhone 6s and a otter box case and this screen protector! I was happy with my purchases from Best Buy thinking my phone would be protected. Not even five minutes ago my phone fell in between my seat and my door (not a hard/ bad drop) and when I picked it up my phone screen was shattered. When I took off the screen protector, there wasn't a scratch on it. What is the point of paying 45$ for this if it didn't do anything at all. Literally not one scratch but my actually screen looks terrible. I can't image what would've happened if I had actually dropped my phone on the ground. Needless to say this is not worth the money!

I have bought and installed numerous InvisibleShields on all my phones and have never experienced an issue. This time, the shield started lifting which was disappointing.

first one i bought was cracked straight out of the box.. went to Aiea couple of hours later to get replacement and they first refused to give me an exchange.. manager said they would make an exception for me and gave me a new one.. two days later it cracked from being stuffed into a pants pocket..no harm to the phone and even though we filled the warranty for it i didn't want to go back to deal with them or this terrible product

I first got this shield and it broke within 24 hrs of recieving- I got a replacement and the same thing happened. They "upgraded" me to the next shield which may itself be resistance to shattering and scratching does not thing to help the actual phone screen. I dropped my phone once and it is now shattered. The only positive is that it is keeping all the glass pieces in place that would other wise be gone.

This phone is too expensive and not worth my time and is not interesting or worth it

I have never been more disappointed with a purchase of the product. I would ask Best Buy to remove it from the product line. The screen broke on the 3rd day. You have to pay around $3 in shipping for replacement (what a joke) this is a second screen we got thinking that first time was just bad luck.

It breaks when peeling the sticky backing off before even putting it on the phone

Sucks while playing Pokémon go, too much friction when throwing ball.

It cracks and chips very easily, I have had to replace it once and now the the replacement is chipped. Very discouraging.
