In fact, I thought that the "peel off portion" was the actual screen protector. (Laughs at self). It's a great product and has saved my screen from fracking after an unintended drop. Good screen protector

However I was glad that it was the screen protector that cracked and not my phone screen! The lifetime warranty allowed me to send it in and get another which was awesome. I do wish it had shown less smudges, etc.

Suffered a few drops (also has a Tech 21 case on it) and no breaks. Then dropped it on its face and glass screen cracked and real iPhone screen was perfectly intact. Phoned Zagg and they promptly sent a free replacement.
