Unless this is put on absolutely perfectly then you will get a rainbow effect all around the protector from the screen, best buy considers it a consumable item so you can't return it. I got a different protector elsewhere and it is much better.

The screen protector was good with a nice fit but after a couple months one of the corners came loose so I just had to remove it. So for the price it just isn't worth it.

I dropped my phone the first day and the screen protector cracked so I had to have them ship me a new one but for being that quick to break I thought that was way to quick especially since it only fell about 3 feet out

Glass cracks easily and have had to replace it twice. Adhesive is poor and moisture of any amount will cause the protector to come off. If other options are available I'd go with the others

This screen protector covers only corner to corner of the screen you see. The black area is not covered. If you look at the corners of the screen there is a glare from the light being reflected off of it.

I bought this brand new with my phone. Applied it per the directions to the letter. And just a couple of days later had it lifting around the whole outside edge.

This cracked after about 2 months, I guess it did it’s job bc my phone screen was fine. I had to send it back through warranty and upgraded to the sapphire one.

after it was finally put on correctly by the bestbuy employee, it seams to not be holding on correctly. starting to see bubbles.

I bought this screen protector when I got my new iPhone and it’s just not very good I’ve had my phone for 18 months and have had to replace the protector 4 times because the edge keeps coming off

This brand is terrible for bubbles and edges that don’t stick. Put it on and there were small bubbles down the sides. Get a 7 dollar protector, they’re better.

Application guide doesn’t stay on the iPhone XS without a second person holding it in place. The corners and edges do not like staying down. One corner refuses to stay down completely.

Screen protector cracked about a week after use. Phone was never dropped. Was just a slight crack on the upper right part of the protector, but for the price, I expected it to be more durable.

It was difficult to apply the screen protector correctly on the phone with the extra tray given. The company has a warranty which helps if anything happens to the screen protector.

good idea but the screen protector is very difficult to install. They will charge you $7.99 to do it for you. I guess it is worth it if you mess it up yourself and have to buy a new one

It does the job. But I keep having to replace them after a few months. Haven't found anything better and they do give a free replacement when they fail (assuming I still have the receipt).

Interestingly the border started bubbling up near the earphone part of the phone, I took it to the store within a week of buying the item and the gentleman said there was noting he could do.

This product was recommended by an employee at Best Buy, but it doesn’t cover the whole phone screen and gives a green and pink rainbow effect around the edges of the phone. It hasn’t cracked or scratched which is nice, but it does effect the screen response around the edges. It would receive a five-star rating if it actually covered the entire screen.

This was a replacement for same product from December a year ago. For no reason the screen cracked and thankfully Best Buy replaces it at no charge.

The protector does its job for sure. Just wish it wouldn't smudge so fast. Consistently having to clean the screen because it gets oily to the touch pretty fast.

I like the way the case fits on my phone. Doesn’t make the phone bulky. The only problem I have with the case is it makes the lock button and volume buttons difficult to push.
