This screen protector seemed great at first but within a few weeks it cracked at the bottom and I am a gentle user with my phone

One minor drop (from the heigh of a table) and there was already a huge chip and hairline crack across the width of the screen protector.

They crack very easy. Over priced for what it is. Wouldn’t mind paying for something if it lasted.

This is the third one I’ve owned for my iPhones but this last one only lasted a month before cracking. I’ll try another next time

Although I like Screen Protectors, Be Aware: Dropped my cell phone with the new Invisible Glass Shield the day after purchase and the InvisibleShield HD Glass and Screen Protector for Apple X Crystal Clear got a 3” crack. I guess I thought for $19.99 the Shield would last a few “drops”... I was wrong! I did buy another Screen Protector as above, but also purchased an Otter Box for impact durability....

This screen protector is not as good as the last few I’ve had from Zagg. Scratched and cracked within first month. Great warranty though

It looks very good but is very fragile I had to buy another one because of the first one get damaged one week after installed.

There are much better products on the market. So disappointed I purchased this item. Holidays would have been better with lumps of coal.

Item causes bleeding light and oil slick look at edge of glass. Bring it back in I’m sure the text will replace it and fix the problem.

This protector chips near the edges very easily and doesn’t look so great after a while... after a month, already looks worn out!

Easier to install compared to the old films but the size seems to be a little small causing a rainbow effect along the edge

I’ve had this on my iPhone X for less than two weeks and it already has scratches on the flip side it is smooth around the edges

My wife like the way it looks on the phone but for some reason it keeps falling off. Meaning the glue keeps coming off of it.

Does not cover entire front of screen. My phone cracked because it fell and barley hit something that was out of the coverage area

I bought this and it works fine. The only issue I see is that it seems the glass versions crack a lot easier than the plastic.

The first time it dropped, the screen cracked on the edge of the phone. Not the biggest fan after that incident.

The Best Buy associate went through about 5 of these before getting ti to work on my phone. I think it was a bad day, but it wouldn't adhere to the screen. Finally, they found one that worked. The screen protector is pretty weak and I can see that it's coming up on the edges already. The only thing I don't mind is that there is warranty and I can get it replaced easily.

It works good. I just don’t like having to send it back once it cracks. It takes a while for the replacement to come in.

I have had multiple versions of this shield for all of my phones and loved it, but for some reason the touch sensitivity on my s8 edge plus did not respond well to it. I returned the product due to having to push hard to accomplish any task. Samsung might have released an update to improve the sensitivity since initial release, but was not available while I used this product.

Not a bad screen protector. Does still leave smudge marks which is what the sales person said it wouldn’t do.
