Good product, I would recommend this product to a friend

Nice case, hard protective case. Makes phone bulky though

This is my second Zagg Invisible Shield HD Glass+ for my iPhone XS. The first one gained an bubble on the very top let of the screen which kept getting bigger and then chipped on the side of the screen protector which ended up spider webbing within the first month of installation. I went to file a warranty claim (limited lifetime warranty) and they want to charge for a replacement, plus shipping and there is no guarantee that they will warranty it. For the price of the warranty claim, Best Buy had these on sale so I brought a new one. Installation was simple and straight forward. I now have the same air bubble in the same location (top left of the screen) which is getting bigger by the day.

I bought this and it was on flawlessly. A few days later it started coming off. Good thing I registered it and up graded to sapphire instead. I highly recommend that instead. So far no issues with this one!

I had the Best Buy team members install this Zagg screen protector for me, and it took them three attempts to get it on without bubbles around the edge of my iPhone X, and they could never do it. I finally asked them to leave at is and see if the bubbles went away on their own (spoiler alert: they never did). This was not the fault of the Best Buy guys, as I could see they were doing it right, it was just the protectors. Then, over the course of two weeks, the screen protector looked like it was attacked by a wild pack of coins, and it was simply in my pocket. Needless to say, I took the protector back and Best Buy was nice enough to provide a full weekend.

The first day I had this screen protector on my phone it cracked. It protected my iPhone from receiving the blow but I'm supprized that it cracked on the first drop based on it's listed discription.

Scratches no good quality at all aaaaaaassssssssss

I bought this screen protector based on the name and where I was getting it I assumed it would be better than the amazon ones but I was wrong this thing cracked when i accidentally dropped it for the first time inside my car and it hit my carpet

This fell off very quickly as after the first day the edges started to lift. Would not buy again. The price was expensive and it didn't last more than a week. HORRIBLE.

The first one I bought kept coming off So I went back to the store and I had to buy another one It was probably because of the XS Max being so big But I won’t buy another phone that big They break too easily

The screen protector wouldn't adhere to the top right corner. No matter how many times I pressed it down it would unstick and I cleaned the phone screen thoroughly.

these are just ok. while they protect the screen i’ve had to replace twice and pay for shipping which they charge 14.99 EACH time. pointless when there is a life time warrenty but they rob you with shipping.

I bought this the day the iPhone Xs was released and it has been about 2 months since that. I have only dropped my phone once from maybe about 1-2 feet on to a hard surface and it now has a crack on it now. :/

I've had a number of these. On my last phone, I went through 3 of the before the 4th one didn't peel at the edges. This one started peeling at the edges pretty badly within 3 weeks. Wish there was a better solution.

Have used many different Zagg products over the years. The HD glass is poor. While brand new, it functions as it should but over a short period of time with extremely light usage it cracks in the corners and cannot sustain even the lightest drop from any height without cracking or splitting. It becomes quite an annoyance to replace these shields pretty regularly all of this with Adult type usage. Need to make a more durable cellphone product for this type of everyday usage. If your time is valuable, purchase another more durable product with both function an usage in mind.

These things break and crack every 3 months, or less sometimes, if it wasn’t for the warranty to get a new one for $5 every time I don’t know why anyone would ever buy this

The screen is too small. Distortion is obvious along the unprotected edges. Very disappointed. I’ve been a Zagg fan for years, but they blew the design for this model. How can you get the basic dimensions so wrong?

I’ve had this screen protector for a couple of weeks. I followed the installation instructions exactly, and the outer edges never did stick down good. Also, it scratched already pretty badly.

I've had this screen protector for only a few weeks and already, the corners are badly chipped and scratched. The whole surface scratches easily. I get screen protectors because I prefer to leave my phone face-down rather than having it rest on my pop-socket, so something that's much more scratch resistant would be FAR better suited to anyone who also leaves their phone face-down. I'm sure my screen underneath the protector is fine, but it's hardly been on long enough that it would've taken any damage in the first place.

The “case friendly” doesn’t offer protection all the way it leaves a small gap for cases so although it’s durable I had to switch to the better coverage and go with the lux.
