Purchased new iPhone XS and ZAGG - InvisibleShield HD Glass+ Screen Protector for Apple® iPhone® X and XS - Crystal clear on 1/2/19. Had to go to Apple today 3/17/19 to have the screen replaced on the phone for $300 bucks because this screen protector didn't do its job. Called Zagg and they said sorry to hear of this we can only replace your screen protector for free. I was so upset I said not now. I am sure there will be a shipping charge involved to get a replacement of an item that did not work :(

I did not like this protector. It appears to be high quality, however it matched up exactly with the edges which split the colors and show colored pixels on a white screen

I purchased this and it constantly comes off my phone and anytime of fall forgot it, this thing is going flying across the floor. Would not recommend purchasing

Corners chipped and were sharp. At least it protected my phone for a couple months so it was better then if my screen cracked

This screen protector lasted me about 2 weeks before it started to get very small chips in it which lead to cracks all over the screen. Would not reccomend

Mine cracked first week, was replaced under warranty. The second one lasted about 6 weeks, I replaced it with another brand and it’s still good 3 months later

No matter how perfect I lined it up & properly applied, it still bubbled around the edges! So as you know not long after that I got my first crack!

Bought and already separating from the phone. Little stronger than other types while I use folio case with cards and doesn’t show card marks

I purchased a Zagg glass screen protector for my iPhone X. Initially I had it on my phone for 7 months before requesting a lifetime replacement which they charge $5.99 for processing and handling. The replacement is terrible quality and cracks or chips almost immediately. I’ve already needed 4 in less than a year. Now I am going to try a brand from a different company because Zagg’s “lifetime warranty” is costing me a fortune in mailing costs.

I dropped my phone once and it cracked going with one a quarter of the price and holds up awesome.

Terrible it never stuck to the glass on the watch face I wouldn’t purchase this again

I bought this for my Husbands phone and its broke within 4 days very easily. we've been waiting on the replacement but it taking awhile to come in.

At first the screen protector was great then after a few weeks the whole right side bubbles up and I had to go through zagg to claim the warranty.

have had a similar zagg screen protector in the past and was extremely pleased. this one scratched multiple times within the first 2 weeks.

Will not buy again. For the price, these are garbage, and don’t adhere to the screen properly.

I installed this protector on my brand new iPhone XS, so far I’m disappointed. First the protectors scratches constantly so it makes my phone feel older than what it is. Second, the protector looks about to come out off the phone soon. All of this happened in a couple of months (or maybe even less!) In comparison, with my former phone, I bought the protectors at the apple store and never had to change it for two years.

Cracked shortly after purchase as have others. I have the option to have replaced with warranty, but probably wouldn’t purchSe again.

The tempered glass is not sticking to the phone. I constantly have to be pressing it down

However it will take some time to get use to if not sooner I will return because simply it doesn’t cover the entire screen. ☹️

Had this shield on my phone, and it fell less than 4 feet and it broke not only the cover shield but also the phone itself! What good does it do to pay 30 or 40 dollars when the shield does not protect the phone from a darn thing. Each one of these that get sold is robbery.! Now I will have an almost 300.00 dollar bill to fix my phone! Thank you worthless Zagg Shield. Never again will I buy one of these pieces of crap.!
