The screen protector cracked the first time it hit something

It’s okay and but unfortunately my phone’s glass broke.

The screen has a cloudy appearance with this protector.

I dropped my phone 2 days after getting the shield put on and it cracked in multiple places. It does have a lifetime guarantee, but you have to pay shipping. Kind of annoying when I only had it for 2 days and then have to pay $7 in shipping to get a new one.

This product cracks easy and is not worth the money.

I was recommended this screen protector by a best buy member. It came off my s9+ 3 days after purchase. It's really thick so sometimes my phone doesnt register my thumbs. It already has a crack in it and can't seem to get it warrantied like the guy told me. Waste of $40.

Installation was sub par and product quality is poor

Bubbles immediately, then cracked & peeled after 2 weeks

I had my phone less than a month. Dropped it on the floor and the Zagg screen protector cracked. I got the warranty replacement screen (costs 5.99 shipping). Best Buy replaced the screen. Not even 8 hours passed when the screen cracked again and I didn’t even drop my phone!

This screen is easily cracked within a 10 fr drop.

i like the product but i feel it was not worth the pay because i send my phone to get repaired and they send me a new phone. and i asked at Best buy for a new one and they told me i needed the screen protector in order to get a new one so it was a waste of my money.

Cracked after one drop of the phone. Not very impressed

Its less than 3 months .Its slightly damaged at the edge which is not a surprise. What I m surprised about is The warranty replacement shipment cost online is $6 minimum which is sufficient to get another tempered shield online.

I had this shield installed at the store and it worked fine. The next day the screen on the phone started acting whacky it would start going into zoom mode. I removed the shield and my phone has been acting fine ever since.

The Zagg HD Glass wasn't what I expected, when I put on the phone it had bubbles and I couldn't get the bubbles out. I tried several times and it still didn't come out. I was very disappointed with the product.

I did not like this screen protector, it cracked within a week of installing. I guess it's a good thing it cracked and my phone didn't, but still I thought it would last longer than a week.

The glass product screen cracked less than 3 days into purchase. I wasn’t going to buy it because i’d had the same issues before, but the lady at BestBuy told me the were way better now. Lies.

Had this film installed at Best Buy not once but twice. After being home, the film began to bubble. Not happy with this field at all. Waste of my money and will not buy this ever again.

Cracked cery easily, faster than $1 at the dollar tree. Its lifetime replacement but its a hasse to ship and $5 to cover it when the cheap ones are better. Dont buy

After a couple of days of putting this on I discovered that it was cracked for no apparent reason. I sent in the warranty and after replacing it, same thing.
