I would test fit the protector over the applicator before you put the phone in. If you have to force it on to the pegs in any way it will droop and it will hit the screen. Mine did not just drop on to the pins like the video shows. The one thing they leave out in the video is the bubbles will clear up you must make sure that the screen is absolutely lint free. But after 1 or 2 days all the bubbles will be gone

Some reviews say there is a rainbow effect, that is because the sheild is not lined up on the phone properly. I had to go back to Best Buy with my phone, they installed mine uneven, causing rainbow effect. They replaced it and it fits perfect now. I have been using Zagg screen glass protectors ever since they came out. I have on my iPad , which was dropped on face, I received minor corner edge crack only on the shield!! Did not have to replace shield. If you’re buying the best phone, you need the best protection for your screen & that is Zagg #1. I also bought otterbox defender for my Iphone 10 , that combo will keep your expensive phone protected. I very highly recommend both Zagg & Otterbox
